This recipe takes a bit longer than 30 seconds to make on the weekends, but you can microwave these EASY egg cups in 30 seconds and have a nutritious breakfast that’s loaded with protein & veggies in no time! ⁣

EASY EGG CUPS 🍳⁣
⁣
Ingredients: ⁣
* 6 eggs scrambled⁣
* 9 grape tomatoes, halved⁣
* 1/2 cup grated potatoes⁣
* 1/2 onion, chopped⁣
* 1 cup raw spinach, finely chopped⁣
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder⁣
* Dash of salt and cayenne pepper, to taste⁣
* Optional: ANY other veggies you’d like⁣
⁣
Directions: ⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 350F⁣
2. Add all of the ingredients minus the grape tomatoes to a bowl⁣
3. Whisk together and pour the egg mixture evenly into a lightly greased muffin pan until it reaches the top. I used a 12 cup muffin pan, and used 9 of the cups for batter⁣
4. Top each muffin cup with the 1 halved grape tomato⁣
5. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!⁣

Note: These can be refrigerated for up to a week or frozen for up to 3-4 months⁣

Grilled Chicken 4oz
Jasmine rice 1/4 cup
Spinach 1 cup
Romaine 2 cups
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper 
1/3 cup green bell pepper
1/8 cup onion 
1 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Mix balsamic and cottage cheese before serving and ENJOY!! 💚

Now, we are here to uncover another shocking, yet extremely complex method to gaining weight! ⁣⁣

it's called........ a Calorie Surplus 😱⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Or in other words, consuming more calories than you burn.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
If you are someone who struggles to gain weight then you could try out this 5 step process to give you a kick-start in the right direction.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
➡️ STEP 1: Weigh yourself first thing in the morning, after you've been to the toilet. (this is your "true" weight)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
➡️ STEP 2: Calculate your maintenance calories using an online Calorie Calculator (there are millions out there)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
➡️ STEP 3: Increase that number by 100-300 Calories⁣⁣
⁣⁣
➡️ STEP 4: Track your food with a tracking app (would recommend using MyFitnessPal) and consistently consume this number of calories for two weeks straight. ⁣⁣

➡️ STEP 5: Weigh yourself again... Did you gain weight? ⁣⁣
-  Yes: Good, keep it there for another two weeks and test again.⁣⁣
- No: Repeat steps 3 to 5.⁣
⁣
(Note: we would not recommend increasing your body weight by more than 200-500g every two weeks as this can lead to unnecessary fat gain. if your weight does go up too much, simply drop some calories)

🌟 Тук съм ви показала няколко идеи как може да комбинирате вашите оризовки като моя фаворит винаги ще си остане баналното фъстъчено масло, банан и канела 🍌 , за 'черната' оризовка използвах безкалоричен шоколадов сос, но ако нямате можете да смесите 5 гр шок.протеин на прах + 5 грама какао + две капки подсладител смесени с малко вода или кис. мляко също се получава много вкусно, а за 'бялата' използвах просто 5 гр. бананов протеин на прах + съвсем малко вода докато се получи гъста смес. 💥

🌟 One of my favorite snacks everrrrrr ever ever - rice cakes w peanut butter & banana & cinnamon 🍌 For the black rice, I use calorie-free chocolate syrup, but you can try 5g cocoa + 5g of chocolate protein powder and two drops of sweetener mixed with just a little water or yogurt nd becomes also great, and the ' white ' is from a mixture made of 5g banana protein powder + very little water until a thick mixture 💥 .

Ive been doing OMAD (one meal a day) lol for 4 days now. Its safe to say I have broken my stall. Yay. And now that the scale is going down again.. I am more confident in admitting... I totes cheated for 4 days. I was so ashamed. Seriously.. Ashamed. Lol. I legit have a real addiction to Ritz crackers. I can't be more serious. I went 12 weeks without them. Then relapsed. And binged on them for 4 days. My scale jumped up 4 pounds. Yikes. Lol. The 4 pounds is gone... And 2 more!! I just might allow myself a BOX of crackers every 3 months. Haha. 
These are some meals I've been eating. Too lazy tonight to post them individually. But I'm on a salad kick lately. Yum. And the first picture.. Is bratwursts cooked with cream cheese. 😍

I am not one of those people who think it’s cute to go out to dinner and barely eat or order impossibly small apps to SHARE of all things?! Hard pass. I had 12 oz rare prime rib, a lobster tail, cheesy broccoli, one crab cake and not pictured but heavily enjoyed: a caesar salad with no croutons and a literal bowl of lemons when I asked for a grotesque amount 🥰 Our server was so great too and caught on quick that we’re doing the low carb thing and offered extra accommodations. I don’t think I left a single scrap. All of this broke an 18 hour fast and was my #OMAD. Swipe for macros! Although I just realized I didn’t track the lemon. Watch out, keto police 😒

I had 12 oz rare prime rib, a lobster tail, cheesy broccoli, one crab cake and not pictured but heavily enjoyed: a caesar salad with no croutons and a literal bowl of lemons when I asked for a grotesque amount 🥰 Our server was so great too and caught on quick that we’re doing the low carb thing and offered extra accommodations. The ideas that are constantly have swirling around our heads. The wishes that keep us up at night. The “what ifs” that flood our imagination.

These are the dreams that 𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡 us with excitement, passion, and hope.

So why are they our best kept secret?

Because they are “unrealistic”, “too risky”,“impractical”, and “silly”

INGREDIENTS⠀
1 tablespoon olive oil⠀
1 medium onion, sliced⠀
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced⠀
2 cloves garlic, minced⠀
2 cans (14 oz diced tomatoes)⠀
1 teaspoon ground cumin⠀
1 teaspoon paprika⠀
1 teaspoon coriander⠀
Salt and freshly ground black pepper⠀
6 eggs⠀
Fresh cilantro, for garnish⠀
Crusty bread, for serving⠀

INSTRUCTIONS⠀
1. Heat olive oil cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook for about 10 minutes until the onions become soft and translucent. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until the garlic becomes fragrant.⠀
2. Pour in the tomatoes, and add in the cumin, paprika and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the tomato sauce begins to thicken like a stew, about 10-15 minutes. ⠀
3. Create 6 small wells in the tomato stew. Gently crack the eggs into the skillet over the tomatoes in the wells formed. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the skillet and cook until the egg whites have set, about 10 minutes.⠀
4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with crusty bread or pita. ⠀

You’re telling yourself these things because you’re looking for a reason to not make your health and happiness a priority. These are all EXCUSES! ⁣

Because let’s be honest, you have the time. How much time do you waste everyday scrolling through social media? 😳⁣
⁣
You have the money. 💸 You’re just spending it on other things like getting your nails done, buying new clothes, going out to eat, alcohol, or Starbucks drinks.⁣
⁣
It’s not too hard. You can succeed. You’re just afraid of what may happen if you actually put yourself out there and try. You’re letting your past failures dictate what you do with your future.⁣
⁣
There is never going to be a right time. You will always be busy. Something will always pop up that adds more stress to your life. You will never have enough money. You can continue to put off your goals, or you can find a way to make it work.⁣
⁣
I’ve told myself all these excuses too and that’s exactly why I started working with my own coach. So I stop letting my excuses hold me back. So I have someone else to call me out on the BS lies I tell myself and keep me accountable.⁣

So here’s what I want you to do:⁣
⁣
1️⃣ start a timer every time you start scrolling on FB or IG or when you watch TV. Create awareness to how much time you’re spending doing these things! I did this and realized I was spending 2+ hours a day just looking at social media 😬⁣

2️⃣ go through your banking account and look at all the times you used your debit card that wasn’t to pay for bills or gas. Tally up all the money you spent on things that could be used to reach your goals. If you spend $5 a day at Starbucks ☕️, that’s $150 per month! ⁣

3️⃣ every time you tell yourself it’s too hard, it’s not a good time, or I’m going to fail - call yourself out and remind yourself of one time you accomplished something you didn’t think you could! 💃🏻⁣

If your diet or nutrition plan doesn’t allow your favorite foods, you may want to consider a new plan.  It’s all about being sustainable and being consistent.  And for the record, this RD (me!) has chocolate EVERY day 💁🏻‍♀️. Such a great post and reminder by @petecataldo⁣

Find room in your plan to enjoy foods.⠀⁣

And when you blow up your entire plan by going over your calories for the day by housing an entire tub of popcorn or by scarfing down 57 candy bars tonight ... cool.⠀⁣

Don't beat yourself up over it. Just get right back on track with your next bite of food. ⠀
