Keto porkchop casserole 🐷❤️
Mushrooms, Peppers, onions, and whatever allowed vegetables you would want to add to it, bacon, currypowder, garlic, vegetablestock, salt, pepper and full fat cream. Fry it all up in batches and add to the casserole. Give the porkchops just a touch on each side on the pan, and put on top of the casserole. Top off with spring onions and bake it in the oven (200*c/400*F) for 20 minutes. It. Is. So. Good. ☀️🤩 Just let the sauce go nice and creamy before adding it to the casserole, and you’ll end up making this once a week!

Recipe 👇🏻 INGREDIENTS
100g salted butter, room temperature 
35g  coconut palm sugar 
70g black sesame powder*
*lightly toasted and grained, can be purchased from oriental store
100g Cake Flour
100g Almond Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder

DIRECTION
1. Preheat oven at 350F
2. Mixed the butter, sugar & salted egg yolks together 
3. Gradually add in the powders 
4. Roll the dough into a ball of 10g each
5. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, then turn down the heat to 300F for another 10 minutes
6. Take out carefully and let them cool down before serving or store in a Cookie jar

Bon appétit 😋

Warm Roasted Pumpkin and Lentil Salad Is exactly what is needed this time of the year. They’re a favourite for vegetarian style meals and just as delicious for a school or work lunch.  Of course you can swap the pumpkin for carrots or sweet potato  or replace the lentils with chickpeas. This salad is also nutrient packed to help ward off those nasties.

Mug Cake 🍒
Guten Morgen liebe #fitfam 🏋️‍♀️ Und schon ist Donnerstag.... Heute kann ich noch mal etwas rum gammeln, aber ab morgen sind die Tage voll durchgeplant und Montag ist der Urlaub vorbei 😭 
Gestern Abend hatte plötzlich einen Süßen Zahn 🍫🍩🥧🍦🍭🍬 hätte  ich alles essen können. 
Das Geheimnis einer Diät, ist es  sich Alternativen zu schaffen 😉 und nicht immer nur zu verzichten. 
Ich habe mir dann schnell einen meiner Heißgeliebten Mug Cakes gemacht. 3 Zutaten in 5 Min fertig 👍🏻 Meine Bananen waren extrem reif und deswegen war er auch mega süß und sooooo schön klatschig 😍 die Konsistenz ist einfach DER HAMMER, schlotzig und keinen Millimeter trocken ❤ 
Ihr benötigt: 🍫1 Banane
🍫1 Ei
🍫1 El Erythrit
🍫2 Tl Backkakao 🍫Flavs nach Wahl oder Flüssigsüße ➖➖➖ Die Banane in einer Tasse musen, die restlichen Zutaten hinzufügen und umrühren. 
Für ca.3-4 Min in die Mikrowelle geben. Fertig 🇬🇧🇺🇸
This mug cake is so great, great taste, great consistency.
TASTE IT!!! ❤❤❤
You need:
🍫1 Banana
🍫1 Egg
🍫1 Tablespoons Erythriol
🍫1 Teaspoon backing cocoa 🍫Flavdrops if needed or liquid sweetener ➖➖➖ Crush the banana in a mug, add the other ingredients and mix it.
Put it 3-4 min in the microwave. 
Ready! .

Um dia desses, meu marido ouviu o pessoal do trabalho comentando sobre o arroz de brócolis, quando chegou em casa pediu que eu fizesse para provarmos. 
Então, essa semana resolvi testar a receita e o resultado foi surpreendente. Receita rápida, prática, saborosa e super saudável. 
Tentem em casa, e depois nos contem o resultado aqui!

Arroz de Brócolis

Ingredientes:

1 cabeça de brócolis
1 cebola picadinha
1 dente de alho picadinho
1 xícara de água
1 colher de sobremesa de manteiga
Um fio de azeite
Sal e pimenta a gosto

Modo de preparo:
1.	Lavar o brócolis e deixar de molho na água com vinagre por 15 minutos;
2.	Escorrer bastante a água do brócolis;
3.	Processar o brócolis no processador de alimentos até que fique com o aspecto de farofa;
4.	Em uma panela refogar a cebola e o alho em um fio de azeite ou uma colher de sobremesa de gordura de porco;
5.	Quando estiver dourado, colocar o brócolis triturado e misturar;
6.	Acrescentar 1 xícara de água e deixar cozinhar em fogo baixo com a panela tampada por cerca de 10 a 15 minutos;
7.	Finalizar com uma colher de sobremesa de manteiga, deixar derreter e misturar bem;
8.	Servir ainda quente.

Courghetti 🌱🤩
(A.K.A. Zucchini noodles)

I just love this meal. Its ready in 10 minutes, full of healthy fats, easier than ever to make, looks amazing and tastes delicious! I do not always have (vegan) pesto in my pantry, so here’s is the recipe I use for 1 person:
- large zucchini (or 2 small ones) spiralled 🥒
- handfull of cherry tomatoes🍅
- 1 garlic toe
- half a avocado🥑
- hand of spinach🥬
- small hand of fresh basil🌱
- pinch of chilli flakes🌶
- salt & pepper to taste🧂

1. Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees (or a airfryer).
2. Meanwhile spiralize the zucchini.
3. In a blender or kitchen aid: blend the avocado, garlic toe, spinach, fresh basil, chilli flakes, salt & pepper until smooth.
3. Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven for about 7-10 minutes.
4. In a wok pan add the zucchini noodles and heat up for 2 minutes.
5. Add the sauce and stirr in very well.
6. For about 5 minutes it should be done, i prefer a little bite to the zucchini noodles. You could also cook it longer so the zucchini becomes more softened.
7. Place it in a plate/bowl. And on top put the roasted cherry tomatoes!
*you could also add some roasted pine nuts for an extra crunch 😜

Tried something a little different tonight. Ground Turkey lettuce wraps cooked with salsa. Topped with a little feta cheese and avocado. Damn good and just the right amount of food. Give it a try sometime on a low carb day. Have a great night everyone.

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
2 bunch of asparagus, rinsed and trimmed
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon olive oil
