It's all about the way you act in the morning. 😴🤗🙂
If you start your day already feeling crap and thinking 'ugh, I don't have the energy to get up'. Then that's probably going to affect your whole day. Everything you have to do is gonna feel like the biggest most difficult task ever done.
Now that doesn't sound very appealing does it? 🙄
And yet we all do it on a daily basis for whatever reason. Maybe you don't like your job, maybe you don't like the relationship you're in, or in my case, maybe you don't feel worthy enough of deserving a good life.
Well, do I have some good news for you!
Did you know it's absolutely simple to crack this vicious cycle of low energy and negative thinking?
Noticed that I didn't say easy?
It's simple, but for me it's one of the hardest things to do, simply because it's one of my oldest habits to kill.
Have a positive and loving morning routine. That's it!
That's all you need to already start changing your life.
So here's what I do, almost every morning, starting again as of tomorrow
1. I drink 0.5l water and sit there for 5 minutes waking up and being proud of myself for doing it!
2. I write down at least 3 things I love in my life and am grateful for.
3. I read and say my affirmations out loud.
4. I say: I love this day already, I'm ready for another great day! 🥰
And then I almost jump out of get dressed and wake up my little girl.
Could you do this too? I bet you can. It's not going to be easy, so give yourself some time to get used to it.
