Our bodies are a lot simpler than we make them out to be so let’s quit over complicating our health & fitness routines.
I’ve got it down to a T, thanks to the personal trainers in my back pocket & my girls who keep me accountable.
If I could go back two years and tell myself to reach out to the woman on Instagram who was strong, inspiring, and NORMAL just like me, but took control back over her health, I would’ve missed a whole lot of body negativity.
I would have known sooner that my health is within my control, but the shape of my body has nothing to do with how strong I am or if I’m HAPPY in my body.
I would have known sooner that there are honest, authentic women out there who genuinely want what’s best for everyone in their group — realizing that we’ve got enough to compete against, other women shouldn’t be our competition.
BUT those would’ve, could’ve, should’ves aren’t my truth. This is & now I want to challenge you to take the leap & to not make the same mistake as me.
