ONE STEP AT A TIME .. the key to satisfying any goal you have!
I’ve found that a real obstacle between myself and my goals is overwhelm.
Every time I go to take action towards a certain goal, whether it be in business or in my personal life, I’ve focused far too much on the destination — on how far away it is and on how much there is to do. I’ve often scared myself off by overthinking what I don’t know, in fear this may hinder my journey.
The result being, I haven’t started at all.
At the @minding.her.business event, @stephaniesanzo said something I really liked. She said, if you’re not doing one thing everyday, that positions you closer to your goals, you’re not doing it right.
Now we can all do one thing a day! 🏻 I’m officially applying this approach to all my goals, from health and fitness to business, back to my wellness and self-care routine!
I’ve just received the Winter edition of the “Welcome to Wellness” subscription service by @bellaboxaunz. 🥳 Again, I’ve been overwhelmed by many ways to better my current wellness routine!
I’ve vouched to try just one new thing a day; to give back to myself in a single new way. Who knows how many habits I’ll have implemented for my mind and my body by the end of the season?
