Kick off today with an ab burning workout We all want a challenge so why not give it a go 🏼It’s a hard one so let’s get moving and start crunching️(each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat 2 times)
1️⃣Full sit up, aim for as many as possible with GOOD technique. We want that core activating, however you can also do this one with a partner who can hold your feet to help you keep great form!
2️⃣Sit up with twist, make sure you start twisting as soon as you lift your shoulders of the floor which will really fire up your obliques as well as you abs
3️⃣Sit up with reach, last type of sit up but you can get through it! Make sure when you come to the top you get those arms up high ️ 4️⃣Heel taps, not always about how fast you do it, through the 30seconds keep your abs tight and shoulders up off the floor and make sure your legs aren’t too far away.
5️⃣Knees up crunch, this ones a tough one but you’re more than half way through so just push through and keep those shoulders and legs up!
6️⃣Crunch, this time legs down but make sure you get your shoulders off the floor and keep your feet flat on the ground
7️⃣Flutter kicks! Hands under bum, make sure your lower back stays on the floor. Make the legs move up and down, the lower they are the bigger the burn -
