If you don't have a gym bully, leg press to calf raises to leg curls
Leg Press and Calf Raises: 2 times: 100s+35s × 12/ 15 calf raises, 2 times: 100s+45s x 10/ 12 calf raises
Leg Curls: 90lb x 15, 100 x 12, 110 x 10, 120 x 10
Romanian Deadlift: bar + 35s, 3x 10
