Officially graduated from my last program & started a new one today!
My last workout program was a ‘lighter weight, higher rep’ focus... this new program is ‘higher weight, lower rep’ focus. Basically my body is going to be a fat-burning machine AND I’m going to be sore AF over the next 6 weeks.
