Can we just take a second to realize how long it’s been since I have posted anything gym related... because it’s been like 6 months!!! Holy crap! Anyway when I posted about EMOM’s on my story I was surprised about the amount of people that responded asking me a lot of questions! Some asked if you can do these at home and 100% yes!!! You need minimal equipment to complete these workouts. Pretty much all you will need is a kettle bell, a set of dumb bells, a mat and a timer!! A lot of people also requested videos of these workouts!
I have been using EMOM as a workout probably about 2-3 times a week, you could also utilize EMOM as a finisher or a HIIT session after you workout and just complete less rounds or do all 5! I have been lifting 3 times a week— 2 lower body days and 1 upper body day.

40 bicycle crunches
10 squats into oblique crunch
10 each side reverse lunge w/ shoulder press
10 each arm bent over row w/ 10 sit ups
