In every person, there is a Yin (passive) and a Yang (active) part. The goal is to let go of this dualism and find the balance between these two parts by merging them together.
This 2 hour MasterClass will combine the Yin side of yoga and the Yang side. We will begin with a 30 minutes of Yin postures, where it will increase your flexibility and joint mobility while releasing the fascia and tensions throughout the body as preparation to the Yang. We will then go through a 90 minutes Vinyasa Yoga style to connect our breath with our movement as we build strength to be able to navigate through the asanas more easily and mindfully.
What will be covered:
• Get in touch with your yin and your yang side;
• Recognize the more dominant side in your life;
• Decrease the gap between duality;
• Release tension in your body;
• Build strength and awareness to get into more challenging postures;
• Connect breath with the movement!
