Is co-creating important with your spouse? I BELIEVE! 🏻 Okay okay, if you have a spouse who isn’t on the same vibration as you, you are bound to fall back into what vibration there at. ONLY if you let it affect you.
This morning, Ryan was moody af. HOLY MOLY. Anyone else with a Gemini?! BUT I was moody af yesterday and he let me vent it out without judgement! 🏻 Just listening. But today, he had no problem telling me everything that he doesn’t like that I do. Not folding my clothes inside out when I take them off. 🤫 Giving my kids food to walk around the house. 🤭 🤷🏻♀️ Hey, I’m not perfect. I’m working on that sh*t.
Here’s why I’m sharing this.
I DIDN’T LET HIS EMOTIONS OR WORDS EFFECT ME, like I used to. Instead I chose to keep my heart open, not feed into it and argue back, I chose to stay calm in front of my kids and I chose to love him anyways. And here I am laughing as I’m writing this! If we want to co create with our partner, to live our dreams and be our best self, we have to lead by example. Ryan is SO supportive with my business and dreams and I am so grateful for that. But he wasn’t always. His beliefs and vibration changed throughout the years.
⠀ It doesn’t happen overnight and sometimes we can fall back into old habits. It takes consistency and commitment to stay conscious of where your vibration is at! If you have a partner who isn’t as supportive as you’d like, don’t take it personal. Just know that there’s underlying reasons, like a self reflection on their own beliefs. Trust that they will shift. Trust that they will eventually be on the same vibration as you. AND be okay that there will be sh*t that will come up for you or your spouse. Love yourself, love them anyways & keep on slaying your goals.
If you catch yourself in low vibes bc of your spouses mood that day, something they said, whatever it may be. CLEAR your chakras, sage yourself, meditate & let go of those emotions. THEN work on your biz. 🏻 - 2 hours ago
