Something I enjoy doing that may scare others is Public Speaking.
_
I’ve have on my vision board to give a Ted Talk. 
I meditate about the day I deliver my Ted Talk vividly, what I’m wearing, & how nervous I will be lol . 
_
I was a member of Toastmasters, A non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking & leadership skills, & also served in several statewide leadership positions for 3 years which helped me tremendously in finding my voice & delivering my story. 
_
It’s not that I don’t get nervous, but when you have a burning message to share, the fear is alchemized into an adrenaline rush of excitement.
_
When you talk about something you are passionate & care about, you can stabilize your nervous system enough to transcend those emotions & deliver your legacy. -
I’ve had many public speaking experiences, but the most memorable one was a few years ago when I had the honor to deliver a talk to a couple of hundred women at an annual women’s empowerment event.
_
My talk was about creating unity within women & overcoming the barriers that hold us back from creating our empires & delivering our legacy.
From Sovereignty.
_
Fast forward to today & my Sovereign Woman academy is now birthed.🙏🏽
_
I had a lot of healing to do within when it comes to sisterhood, competition, & comparing which is why the Academy was still incubating .
_
As a society we are trained to despise those that are successful & with women this can be even more prevalent. 
_
A society that benefits from separating women & loses when we are united.
_ 
All these years the birth of The Sovereign Woman Academy was incubating Within me, in my personal divine feminine healing. 
_
Today, it’s extremely humbling to be able to lead such amazing Goddesses into their own personal Sovereignty in my Academy, just the way I did with The sacred science of Kundalini Yoga.
_
So I’m excited to very soon be on that Ted stage delivering my message of taking a holistic pathway to Sovereignty.
Because I know that whatever you envision with emotion becomes a reality, I can’t wait & I’m already feeling nervous. 😊

🌵 Um sinal certo de que você está na casa de um Kundalini yogi é o cheiro de canela, cravo e cardamomo que sai da cozinha! Nós amamos essa receita de chá ensinada pelo Yogiji.

🌵Quando Yogi Bhajan era um oficial do exército indiano, ele deu aos seus homens o chá Yogi para mantê-los saudáveis. Durante um surto particularmente grave de gripe, quando pelotões inteiros adoeceram, Yogi Bhajan mandou que seus colegas bebessem Yogi Tea em vez de água. Nenhum homem sob seu comando adoeceu.

🥃 Em uma panela grande, leve 2,8 litros (3 litros) de água para ferver. Em seguida, adicione: 20 cravos, 20 cardamomos, 20 bolinhas de pimenta preta, 5 paus de canela e algumas fatias de gengibre fresco. Continue fervendo por 2-3 horas, e então adicione ¼ colher de chá preto suave (Golden Assam é recomendado) e cozinhe o chá por mais 20 minutos. Adicione ½ litro de leite (o de coco é o que mais amamos). Mel cai muito bem!

“I laugh in the face of danger—mwahaha. . .” Please tell me you know what film this is from? Growing up we only watched Disney movies, so I could quote them all. 😂
What does Simba’s bravado have to do with meditation? Think about how often you let fear dictate what you choose. 
Fear is a normal emotion. Fear is not a “bad” emotion. It is a powerful marker for us to look a little more closely at where we’re at. 
In Kundalini, we talk about the Negative Mind. It’s one of our 10 Bodies and protects us from things that are dangerous and can have negative impact on our psyche. When it’s out of control, it can limit us from trying new and beautiful things that are actually good for us. 
That’s why we learn to balance our Negative Mind. When it’s healthy, we can honor our fears, know when they are protecting us appropriately, and move forward with courage to growth and expansion when they’re not.
Try this meditation for the Negative Mind every day for a week and notice how your brain shifts. Start with 3 minutes and work up to 11. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️
Sit up tall and bring the hands together in prayer pose at heart center. 
Tune in:
Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo x3
Ad Guray Nameh, jugad guray nameh, sat guray nameh, Siri guru de-vey nameh
Bring the right hand resting on top of the left hand and hold the hands cupped in front of the heart center.
Inhale through the nose like you are sucking up your negative thoughts (actually focus on this visualization and a negative thought).
Exhale through pursed lips, blowing the stream of air into the palms and releasing the negative thought.
Eyes are half open and focused down at the tip of the nose. 
To end, inhale, exhale and hold, lock all the vertebrae so your back feels straight as a rod. x3
Tune out with Long Time Sun or just one long Sat Nam.
