We had to take our baby girl Jinkies to Texas A&M Vet ER Thursday. We got the worst possible news.
She had the worst most aggressive cancer. Squamous cell carcinoma.
A tumor mass in her left ear canal that impacted cranial nerve 7, facial paralysis. She could not blink with her left eye. The tumor was growing so big and rapidly it was pushing her bones. Devastating. I can not begin to express how strong, brave, courageous, loving and full of grace our baby girl has been.
It has been heart wrenching. We are not able to talk about it with anyone yet.
Please know we love you all. We deeply appreciate your thoughts, words, texts, love, prayers, hugs we fully receive it all. However, at this time we are unable to speak with anyone.
Darren Taylor and I have cried oceans deep visceral body cries. She was our baby girl. Taken way too soon. So precious. So brave. So strong. So graceful. Pure love. Purring and loving on us to give us peace and comfort until the very end.
She has taught us so much. She gave us so much love.
Her love for music in our home. She was always front and center for our music concerts. She would sit on Darren’s guitars to request music time.
If we wanted her to come all we had to was SING and she came running to where ever we were in the house.
The boys Bear and Erzi are grieving too. They both threw up yesterday when Jinkies passed. Unbelievable to watch their visceral response.
They both have been looking for her.
This is so hard.
We are broken warriors.
We are sick.
And so incredibly heart broken.
Jinkies is our little baby girl.
We could not have children but we have the gift, blessing and honor to be her kitty mummy and daddy.
She choose us.
She is our angel now and forever.
She got her angel wings.
We love you baby girl. ♥️ Thank you. ♥️
Thank you again. ♥️
