~Nasi Goreng Teri with Omlet Roll~
1batang wortel parut
2sdm keju spread karna lagi stoknya itu, baiknya cheddar parut
Nasi Goreng Teri:
3sdm minyak goreng
3-4sdm teri medan
2batang wortel parut
4siung bawang putih cincang
1lembar daun bawang iris
5buah cabai keriting iris
Omlet: kocok semua bahan masak diatas wajan anti lengket, ketika hanpir matang gulung perlahan omlet. Dan masak hingga matng iris seperti pic.
Nasi Goreng Teri:
1. Tuang minyak goreng masak teri hingga matang garing, angkat sisihkan.
2. Tumis bawang putih dan cabai hingga wangi, masukkan nasi wortel daun bawang hingga wortel layu aduk rata.
3. Terakhir masukkan teri aduk rata dan matikan kompor siap disajikan.
