The kettlebell swing if undoubtedly one of the best exercises around for scorching Calories & it an be easily incorporated into your workout 
The problem is that the way most people do the kettlebell swing is DEAD WRONG!!! Go into any gym and you’ll see inexperienced exercisers including personal trainers turning a swing into a front squat and shoulder raise exercise further tightening our hips, quads, chest and shoulders and just adding to the anterior dominance

Simply put, improper kettlebell swing form just adds fuel to the already burning fire of postural imbalance. A perfect kettlebell swing will work your posterior chain muscles (back, abs, butt, hamstrings)

It is, in fact, a hinge and NOT a squat movement! A hip hinge – like a deadlift movement – forces you to use those posterior chain muscles to move the kettlebell.

6am this morning and I was completing my gym session with @insta_danh. After a crazy upper body push training session, this #gobletsquat finisher was even crazier to finish. At the 3rd round, I was gasping like a gold fish freshly taken out of water. Only 6 rounds of 20s on 20s off  of this #hiit workout, and my walk has become like a bicycle with a square tyre - lodak lodak. #talklikeacoach #naanenakkesollikitten.

Nagyon sokáig gondolkodtam azon, hogy kitegyem ezt a képet ide vagy sem. Nem magamat szeretném mutogatni. Hanem azt szeretném megmutatni, hogy 43 évesen is van lehetőségünk változni. Akkor is ha azt mondják sokkal nehezebb. Igen az! Nem könnyű, de van egy cél és kikell tartani mellette. Ha olvassátok a blogomat ott elmondtam már, hogy korai klimaxom van. Úgy döntöttem nem fogok gyógyszert szedni ezért. Életmódot váltottam. De amint látjátok az igazság az, hogy nem volt elég. Hiába ettem jól én híztam. Januárban 63.1 kg voltam. Nekem ez volt a legtöbb kiló az életemben. Mindig is vékony voltam. De aznap kiborultam. Sírtam. Nem értettem. Mindent úgy teszek ahogy a keto diéta mondja és én hizok! Miután kisirtam magam úgy döntöttem. Ennyi volt. Nem adom fel! Nem hiszem el, hogy nincs más lehetőségem amíg a klimaxom véget nem ér, én majd csak hizok tovább. Elkezdtem kutatni mi van velem. Megtaláltam @drericberg videóját. Elmondta, hogy azok a nők akik hasonlóak hozzám nekik kevesebb zsírt és több proteint kell enniük. Ez volt az első lépésem. Második lépés, hogy találjak egy sportot amit szeretek. Én előtte nem ismertem a kettlebell edzést. Véletlenül találtam meg és ámultam másoknál milyen változást ment végbe. Ezt szerettem volna én is. Így találtam meg a @thebodycoach kezdő kettlebell edzését. Gyorsan megrendeltem életem első 6 kg kettlebel labdáját és február 12-én elindultam ezen az úton. Nincs vége, sosem lesz vége. Azóta sokat tanultam, fejlődtem, erősödtem. Csak is ezért teszem ki ide ezt a képet, hogy mindenki aki hasonlóan küzd, szenved mint én küzdöttem. Van kiút, felül lehet kerekedni a hormonainkon, sőt szerintem nagyon hálás is lesz érte, mert végre újra éledhetnek! 🤗👍🥰.

Step ups

The step up is a very useful exercise that can be used effectively for a novice lifter through to an experienced lifter.
.
We can vary the height, when your knee cap is above your glute when stepping into the box (vid 1&2) the exercise is predominantly hip extension making it a glute exercise, then when the box is lower, knee cap below glute height (vid 3) it is predominantly knee extension making it a quad dominant exercise.
.
You can also add load using kettlebells, dumbbells or barbells in various different rack positions.
.
The step up will help build strong hips, glutes and quads which are vital in keeping your back and knees healthy and injury free.

I will also use the step up as part of my movement assessment for new clients to test hip mobility and strength imbalances from left to right.

A tam wygląda mój letni wieczór 😅 w sumie trzy takie wieczory w tygodniu i tak naprawdę nie tylko letni, bo i zimowy i jesienny 😁 a trenować trzeba cały rok 😉 Bez względu na pogodę, na temperaturę i biomet trzeba motywować się do działania 😎 Pełna mobilizacja to podstawa właściwego funkcjonowania 😊 Nie ma wymówek, nie ma zmiłuj 😋 Po krótkim urlopie, podczas którego też pokonaliśmy trochę kilometrów, pora wrócić na właściwe tory 😁 choć lekki stan depresyjny, związany z utęsknieniem za plażą, swowolnymi spacerami i bryzą morską, zawładnął moim umysłem 😏 najlepszym lekarstwem jest wysiłek fizyczny, który wyeksploatuje na tyle, że nie będzie już siły na zbędne rozmyślania 😅 a crossfit to najlepsza terapia 👍
