This week’s mantra: SOMETHING IS NOT NOTHING.
Just because you can only take one small action step, doesn't mean you should just throw in the towel!
Every little tiny step towards your goals counts. Whether that's just getting in a short workout, going for a ten-minute walk at your lunch break, taking time to prepare your lunch the night before, or finally getting around to doing your corrective exercises. Literally ANY little step in the right direction counts!
So many people (me included!) feel like if they can't do it PROPERLY then it's not worth doing at all.
There’s no black and white, only shades of grey. Forget this all or nothing mentality and realize that even the little things still count.
Every single lifestyle change and goal accomplishment was created from HUNDREDS of little, insignificant actions done day in and day out. NOT from being perfect 100% of the time, because we all know that usually ends in frustration and failure.
