Secondly, I’ll be the first to admit that I have tried everything out there to lose weight. Every pill, shake, powder, coffee, tea....everything! Some of them made me drop a few pounds, but as soon as I cut them out it came right back. I was so frustrated, I was unhappy with my body - especially after having a baby - and nothing was working. I felt defeated.
But I knew the real answer, I had done it before and it was the only time in my life I felt good about my body. Can you guess what it was?
It’s a lifestyle change! Clean eating and consistent workouts. Simple as that!
After 4 weeks of committing to change I’m down 10 pounds, fitting in clothes better than I did even before I was pregnant, and I feel SO much healthier! .
There’s no magic solution to healthy sustainable weight loss. It takes hard work, consistently and dedication. But damn, it’s so worth it! .
