Yogic Secrets for the Modern Western Body
You will be shown how to: *condition your body to improve your traditional yoga asana practice
*circulate energy and information through your body
*physically practice in a calm, relaxed and meditative way
*move actively from your core and restore natural movement and breathing
*enhance blood flow, develop strength, flexibility and stability
*build pleasurable intimacy with yourself and or your partner
*improve your digestive system and detoxify your internal organs
*enhance your energy levels and reset your mind to a state of ease
This interactive workshop will begin with a brief introduction to this unique and effective approach to posture, movement and breathing, followed by a visually guided yoga flow practice to music using the “Synergy Fundamentals sequence" by Yoga Synergy followed by a Q&A.
This workshop is accessible for beginner to advanced yoga practitioners as well as professional artists such as dancers, martial artists, gymnasts, acrobatics, circus artists, athletes and all healthcare providers or anyone interested in movement, health and wellness.
