Low carb, low fat, Fasten, Kohlsuppendiät .. was ist denn jetzt richtig? 
Um es direkt vorweg zu schieben: Um abzunehmen benötigst du „einfach nur“ ein KALORIENDEFIZIT! Heißt, du musst weniger Kalorien zu dir nehmen, als du verbrauchst = Entweder weniger Kalorien essen oder mehr verbrauchen (bewegen). THATS IT! Welche Form des Kaloriendefizits jetzt richtig ist, hängt meiner Meinung nach von 2 Faktoren ab: Was ist dein Ziel und vor Allem was ist für dich wirklich langfristig umsetzbar!! Eine Kohlsuppendiät verspricht zwar ein hohes Kaloriendefizit, die Wahrscheinlichkeit dabei Muskulatur zu verlieren oder dass dir die Suppe nach spätestens 1 Woche aus dem Hals hängt, ist dabei ziemlich groß. Willst du Muskulatur in der Diät halten oder vielleicht sogar aufbauen (ja auch das ist möglich), dann solltest du auf eine regelmäßige hochwertige Eiweißzufuhr achten! When the kids are having burittos for dinner, and you don't want to miss out 😂

Melted cheese in a big square, let it cool then filled with spicy beef mince, lettuce, (more) cheese, sour cream, cucumber, tomato and capsicums. Rolled it up and hey presto!
This is the first time I rolled it with the baking paper and it made it sooo easy to eat with out worrying about any pesky juices leaking out of the holes in the cheese wrap 👌

Track and gym class have been my workouts recently. I've had my steps pretty high every day recently though so I'm content with that. I also reached an old PR in squatting the other day of 225lbs and I forgot how exciting it is to lift heavy and push your limits. I'm so exciting to go further!!!

Bonk!* *sort of

Phew!! Absolutely brilliant session on the trainer "team scream" from,@thesufferfest is brilliant, and great training for a triathlon. Hit great numbers no real back pain...but

The interval run planned for straight after was bailed. For two reasons. °

1 my back felt tight and I didn't want to be stupid and push through it. °

2 I felt empty! For the first time since starting #intermittentfasting I felt empty not quite bonking but definitely not full of energy. °

As it's the first time this has happened can I attribute it to fasting? Is it because I pushed soo hard on the bike? Not enough slerp!? Not enough calories over the past few days? (I must admit I haven't really eaten much) Could it be the party weekend I had? Or is it a combination of everything? °

Have you had anything similar happen? Let me know your thoughts and experiences below. °

Se você deseja redução de gordura e NÃO acorda com fome, não é um problema pular está refeição, fazendo o chamado Jejum intermitente, iniciando suas refeições no lanche da manhã ou até mesmo no almoço. .

Não há problema pular o café da manhã, desde que tenha controle das quantidades e qualidades do que comerá nos outros momentos do dia.

Pode ser uma ótima estratégia no processo de perda peso em quem NÃO acorda com vontade de comer um café da manhã, pois automaticamente está retirando calorias da dieta, possibilitando um ambiente mais favorável para a queima de gordura.

INTERESSANTE: Estudos atuais mostram que não é superior a dieta tradicional com restrição calórica e diversas refeições individualizadas ao longo do dia ou a lowcarb. Portanto, se você acorda com fome, não faça jejum intermitente pois aumentará sua ansiedade, fome, compulsão alimentar e se tornará um transtorno alimentar. O fato de ficar de ter que ficar sem comer, sentindo fome, por que precisa emagrecer é infelicidade e não será mantido por muito tempo, retornando aos velhos hábitos e frustrações.. Individualidade é tudo!

Frozen Yogurt for Weight Loss! 🍦

I’ve been binging and craving for ice cream for the past 2 weeks because the weather here in the 🇵🇭 is insufferably hot! ☄️ So I made this.

What you need:
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 frozen Ripe Mango
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp crushed Almonds (for topping)

How to do it:
Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Once you got that thick mixture, put it into a container, sprinkle the topping and freeze for at least two hours.

Ripe mango is too sweet for me so I didn’t add honey. It’s optional. My next frozen yogurt recipe is chocolate and strawberry. 🍓

Keto Luz Granola Bar:

Ingredients
* 1/2 cup smooth keto luz Nutella or nut butter of your choice
* 1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1/3 cup erythritol (If using Keto Luz Nutella just add a TBSP of erythritol) - I used @swervesweetie * 1/2 cup sliced almonds + extra 1 tablespoon to decorate on top
* 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
* 1 tablespoon chia seeds
* 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
* 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
* 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Chocolate drizzle
* 3 squares sugar free dark chocolate
* 1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil

Instructions: * Line a a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
* In a medium mixing bowl place all the wet ingredients: Nut butter, coconut oil and vanilla. * Microwave by 30 seconds intervals for 90 seconds stir and repeat until  the coconut oil is fully melted and combined with the nut butter. * Stir in the erythritol, stir and microwave an extra 30 seconds to incorporate well. R2W1D4. Today was Anzac Day. Was up early for the dawn service then out again for the march in town. Finished my day slightly over (but not by much) and with 2 of these pita bread pizzas. J’espère que vous allez tous bien ! Perso j’ai pas été très en forme depuis mardi soir... Je crois qu’il doit y avoir une petite merdouille dans l’aire 🤔 Mais aujourd’hui ça va quand même mieux qu’hier 🤞🏻

Depuis quelques temps, j’ai remarqué que j’avais tendance à manger moins pendant mes repas, pour pouvoir manger plus de merdes ensuite (bonbons, chocolats, biscuits...). Et ça a eu d’hyper mauvaises répercussions. Déjà sur mon moral, parceque ça m’énerve de ne pas manger sainement. Et le sucre appelle le sucre, et donc j’ai fais quelques crises de bouffe, en mode si je termine pas tout mes placards ça va pas le faire...

Du coup, j’ai pris une décision, et je vais faire une sorte de « detox » du sucre pendant les prochaines semaines. Je vais vraiment éviter un maximum. De manière à me « remettre sur le droit chemin ».
.
C’est frustrant, parceque ça me fait juste constater que ces foutues TCA restent la, comme en stand-by, et qu’a la moindre faiblesse, je me les reprends en pleine face. Ça me fait vraiment chier...
.
Mais heureusement, j’sais que je peux en parler avec mon copain, ou avec vous ici, et ça m’aide vraiment à passer au dessus et réussir à reprendre mes bonnes habitudes...

💜쑥쫀떡=은은+깊한 쑥의 향과 맛이 쑥쑥잔잔하게 머문다!
쑥+떡+빵 덕후의 심장을 골고루 마사지 해주는게 뽀인뚜~
먹을 때마다 하는 생각이지만 모든 소락은 눈물 나게 맛있다.
빵 부분은 포슬+꾸덕+쑥쑥하고 떡은 쫄깃+쫀쫀+달달!
소락 먹을 때는 무조건 깔끔한 유산지 인증 해주는거 아시죠?
