Closing out the week on the Love theme, particularly self Love.
It’s a bit lengthy, but I felt I needed to explain the premises I previously mentioned briefly.
For those with a good self image, this probably seems unnecessary, however that is not the case for far too many people. Childhood traumas, being bounced around from home to home as a child, not having Love while growing up, being raised believing you’re not worthy because that’s what you were repeatedly told and led to believe...for all these reasons and so many more, we need to find our worthiness, our connection back to our Source, our Soul, our connection to Pure Love. We have to undo the belief system that’s been instilled in our brains. We must reprogram and shift, and find our worthiness, and our Love Source, which is within us, and that my friends is the good news. It is within you! It is possible! For some, this may be the first time hearing that.
You see, our Soul, our God, our Source, our Love Source, the Universe, our divinity...all the same, different names - choose what resonates with you. And know it only knows you in your pure, positive form.
The self loathing you feel, or the feelings of unworthiness, or the feeling you’ll never find Love, all stems from one thing - your disconnection to Source! So any negative self thoughts are stemming from one thing and one thing only, your not being in alignment with Who You Really Are (also a name for Source), your pure positive self! The negative self talk makes your Soul feel uneasy. It knows you better!
So how to find your way back?
First, honor yourself where you are. Secondly, stop your negative self thought. Catch yourself, and turn the thought around and give yourself a compliment. Thirdly, start a gratitude journal. Write three things daily for which you are grateful. And lastly, as you’re connecting to Who You Really Are, you will feel your energy lighten. Use that positive energy to give Your Love to all you encounter. “The Law of Attraction is undoubtedly the strongest of all Universal Laws. ‘That which is likened unto itself is drawn.’ It means whatever we focus on by means of our thoughts, we will have it in our life.” - 1 hour ago
