IT TAKES 21 DAYS TO CREATE A HABIT AND 90 DAYS TO CREATE A LIFESTYLE
People often hire personal trainers and expect their body image to change within ten classes or a month, two months’ time.
Summer is coming and out of a sudden people realize that want to look great at the beach.
There is nothing wrong with that, just the timing…is way off. .
Every time you see a girl in the gym that you are like ‘’I wish I had her body, legs, bum, arms.’’, just ask her how long it took her to get that. Most females like to help other females (at least this is how I like to think). .
So, when I get this question, the answer is: ‘’years…years of eating 80/20% right, working out 5/6x a week throughout the whole year, years of figuring out what works best for my body, managing my stress levels at my best & trying to get as much as sleep as possible with small kids’’. .
Whatever you are ready to put yourself through, your body (from inside and outside) will give you the results for it. If you are interested in a quick fix, to rush through your journey, you most likely don't deserve it.

It takes time to finish school, it takes time to grow up, it takes time to gain weight, it takes time to get fit. .
