Chest and triceps : The Basics.
There are A LOT of different exercises, rep schemes and splits for chest and triceps day.
That being said, my recommendation is to put in the foundational work and time into these basic exercises before getting complicated and fancy!
Whether you are first starting
out a lifting routine, or have been lifting for some time, but never got solid on these.

WARM UP before every weight lifting session, both full body AND the muscle group you are training. If you have questions on warmups DM me!
However many reps you hit, and however heavy you choose to go, make sure that the last 2-3 reps of each working set are REALLY DIFFICULT. Your set doesn’t end until you know that 1 more rep is actually impossible.
1-Barbell Bench Press
2-Incline Dumbbell Press
5-Triceps Rope Push-Downs
