I got a few DM’s since my last post about how long it took for me to start seeing results and how did I look before starting?. Sooo here it is, I’ve been going strong for 3 months not to add I got my IUD removed a month ago and my energy level has increased like crazy. First I focused on cardio to get my fat down. Now I’ve been focusing on heavy lifting weights and cardio days still. Also HIIT is another good way to go, burn fat and build muscles at the same time. I’ve went up on my protein intake plus veggies and drinking only water LITERALLY only water everyday ALL DAY. I hope this motivates others 💪🏽 It’s a process not a race and it’s not going to happen overnight. Attualmente uno dei miei esercizi meccanici per i tricipiti.

Val la Pena caricare ed utilizzare compound “pesanti” su distretti piccoli come le braccia?
Come in molte cose dipende. Sicuramente su spalle, bicipiti e tricipiti possiamo attivare in maniera più importante e sicura altri meccanismi ipertrofici che dovrebbero dunque essere la base degli stimoli che andiamo a dare.

Ci sono però delle eccezioni, per i tricipiti per esempio ci sono schemi motori ed angoli di lavoro particolarmente sicuri che possono permetterci di creare uno stress meccanico unico, a prescindere da un loro coinvolgimento indiretto in altri big movements (panca, Shoulder Press etc..). Bisogna restare di certo la nostra biomeccanica e trovare dei pattern di lavoro a noi congeniali. Dips, Chest Press con presa stretta, Skullcrusher o French Press alla Smith.. tutte ottime alternative da testare.

Ovviamente non possiamo non considerare un coinvolgimento indiretto di altri distretti, il che ci porta ad analizzare al meglio la split e la logica di inserimento dell’esercizio.. ma di questo parleremo in un altro post.. ❓❓Voi invece?! Utilizzate Compound per i distretti più piccoli?! 🎓Academy🎓
