I have completely stripped back to ensure that I’m in the best possible position to work the correct muscle group.
️ RDL’s. Pausing at the bottom. Explosive concentric.
️ Shrugs. Big squeeze at the top. Slight pause at the bottom.
️ Seated Curls. Full extension at the bottom. Big squeeze at the top. No momentum, just full contraction.
