Friday workout done and dusted.
I’ve said it once and will continue saying it until you take the megaphone out of my hands: ‘ONE bad day of eating isn’t going to make you fat, Just like ONE ‘good’ day of eating isn’t going to make you lose weight’. BELIEVE IT.
The weeks and months of consistency you put in aren’t going to be derailed by a day or two of some untracked food and sweets.
STOP with the feelings of guilt.
And us humans created some DAMN GOOD TASTING food for humans to enjoy.
So, do that.
Enjoy those times occasionally and in moderation, then FOCUS on proper nutrition and working your a$$ off the other 80-90% of the time.
