Have I really only use these home workouts to build my body?
Legitimate question (swipe) and here’s my legitimate answer.
YES. I’ve tried other things and I hate being around tons of people or in a gym when it comes to my workouts.
And in the same sentence, I think there are tons of other factors like not drinking, not working nights, not having kids, not having tons of stress, and choosing to eat CLEAN.
But here’s the real talk on these at home workouts from the Yolanda you may not have known three years ago.
These workout programs saved me from a dark space.
I was struggling in my profession.
I was working shit loads of overtime being newly single.
I was eating fast food on the regular.
I was drinking often.
I didn’t have the time.
I didn’t have the money.
I didn’t have the knowledge of what a well rounded fitness regimen looked like.
It was a set of DVDs and an easy to follow meal plan that gave me the blueprint to what I didn’t know would get me out of the dark hole I was digging.
You have to find what works for YOU.
And for me—these programs are like SJS.
They were worth trying something a little different—just to see how it felt.
And I just can’t quit a good thing.
Workout 94 of 100 and I can’t wait to do another round.
