Being mentally strong is just as important as being physically strong 👊💪🤯
Right before this video I had completely failed at trying to squat an even lighter weight. Why? Because my mental game was off! I was thinking “can I handle this much weight?” “What if I can’t get it up.” And a ton of other things. It had nothing to do with the physical weight I had on my back. 🧐
Fast forward to the video, I was telling myself “this is easy!” “Watch me pop right up!” And BAM! That’s exactly what happened! I’m more proud with my mental ability to overcome my own self doubt then the fact I hit a physical PR.💗 #selflove

Hit the snooze more times than I wanted but when it’s 14° with a real feel of 1° I really didn’t want to get out of bed. Thank god for warm 24 hour gyms! Now have a busy day of first grade, a basketball game and waiting for the arrival of a new family member!

Что тут скажешь? Хорошо, когда одежду тебе могут сшить, а когда могут СШИТЬ ХОРОШО это еще лучше! 👍😅😄
Как правило, у состоявшихся дам, таких как моя тётя, нет проблем с финансами. Им главное - побыстрее, вовремя.
В нашей мастерской мы сошьем пуховик для нее за 5 рабочих дней. Даже можем быстрее. И никаких проблем, что талия 52 размера, а рост меньше 160 см. Всё будет по фигуре! #IdealFit
Хотя цены наши ее тоже порадовали - в магазинах для женщин "шикарных размеров" пуховики стоят в 2-3 раза дороже. Но нужного цвета нет, и длина не подходит.

ARMS & ABS DONE! 
Today I was able to hit a PR! 15x 45lb (3 sets) bicep Curl! Time to up the weight! 
Wednesday is Legs & Booty... time to bring back the dead lifts! 
I'm seeing results quick this time around... hmm maybe I could pull it off in 12 weeks? Maybe @lumdale ?? Hahah! 
Oh the goals we have this year! Time to hope in the shower and get some BCAAS in! .

Day off, temps were 15° with a real feel of -3° so to the gym I went. Had 4 easy miles scheduled at a comfortable 10:00/mi. Had 1 minute sprints and legs were feeling good so I bumped up the pace a little. nuunhydration lemon/lime fueled my run! 💪🏻 Now time for some lunch then off to practice!

Third times a charm right?!? It is the third Monday of the New Year and I was finally able to start my week off with a run. Between the rain, freezing temps, and life, my half marathon training has not been going as planned. However I did get up and get a short run in despite the freezing temps. We will be taking it one day at a time and hope life gets back into a more manageable rhythm.

Look what I just got in the mail today! Best tasting protein shake ever! This is the second time I order them and so excited to start drinking them again. I went with another brand for a while and it was not even close to being as good as this brand is. I follow their challenges since last year and I can tell you that I’ve found great motivation with @idealfit and their trainers. Here’s my little sweet treat for the week! I just added 2 egg whites, 1/3c unsweetened almond milk and a whole package of the @kodiakcakes brownie mix! Then I mixed in 2 scoops of @idealfit dark chocolate sea salt caramel protein powder. Ryan got a little scoop of some dreyer’s slow churn ice cream (110 cal per serving). He says he’s bulking 💪🏼 the brownies ended up being 3.5F 24C and 14P 🍦🍫

I wasn’t feeling a frozen shake for breakfast, so I decided to revisit an old favorite. I made myself a protein waffle, drizzled with peanut butter, using my sea salt dark chocolate caramel protein shake and pb2 powder! My chickens also decided to randomly lay 2 eggs, after not laying for 4 months, so a Faith farm fresh egg stared in this delicious breakfast as well. PRE & POST WORKOUT NUTRITION

Last week I posted about my pre/post workout nutrition & you guys had LOTs of questions! Hopefully this helps. ☆ PRE WORKOUT - If you work out first thing in the AM, it can be hard to eat. BUT, it’s beneficial to get protein in your system to get your metabolism going. I recommend eating 30-60 mins prior to your workout so your digestive system isn’t competing with your muscles trying to perform. 
MEAL: carbs & protein. If your workout is a higher cardio workout, you may want higher carbs than if it’s a weights based workout. Carbs provide energy. Protein provides amino acids necessary for building muscle, & can help build and repair right away. 
Go for simple digesting carbs for pre-workout meals: fruit, sweet potatoes, whole grains, oats, protein shake or bar, protein balls, rice cakes, etc. 
Keep fat low. It doesn’t digest fast enough to be of use in your workout, & can make your workout feel more sluggish, rather than power you through it. A TBS of nuts or nut butter is usually ok, but avoid saturated fats & heavy foods. ☆ POST WORKOUT - This meal is VERY important. What you eat post workout can minimze muscle damage & protein breakdown, increase lean muscle repair & protein synthesis, replenish glycogen stores, decrease soreness, & reduce cortisol levels (stress hormone). MEAL: high protein + moderate carb + low fat 
Again, fat slows digestion, eating it post workout can slow absorption of protein & carbs your body needs to build & repair. 
Try to get at least 25-30 grams of protein, post workout; protein shake, egg whites, veggies, whole grains, any type of lower fat meats/fish. Etc. 
It’s most beneficial to eat within 30 mins after your workout for optimal muscle repair. ☆BCAA’s I am a BIG believer in BCAA’s taken during/right after you workout. The closer to the workout, the better. They aid in muscle repair, & will decrease your soreness/depletion from one workout to the next.

Ya that use to be me.  Would literally not go #2 until the minute I got home from a trip.  I SWEAR by taking both of these products night and day, I am as consistent as they come! The workout:
20 minutes on the elliptical – fast pace & medium resistance
1️⃣10 (each leg) kettlebell reverse lunge
2️⃣20 kettlebell swing to side step –
3️⃣15 banded rocket jumps – MAX EFFORT for this move. You are jumping forward for this move and exploding as high as you can. This is one of the best ways to get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories. 
4️⃣10 (each leg) banded lateral lunge with single-arm KB OH hold – this one is challenging and my form needs to improve. I used a 10-pound kettlebell & I would suggest keeping it light for this move. Do your best to keep arm straight and core tight.

Day off, temps were 15° with a real feel of -3° so to the gym I went. Had 4 easy miles scheduled at a comfortable 10:00/mi. Had 1 minute sprints and legs were feeling good so I bumped up the pace a little. @nuunhydration lemon/lime fueled my run! 💪🏻 Now time for some lunch then off to practice!

Starting the morning off right with some protein waffles 🤤 - 1/2 cup oats (blended into flour)
- 1/2 cup applesauce

Before and after leg day success. Had some yummy BCAAs from @blueprint_performance {charged amino/peach mango} and delicious @idealfit protein {chocolate coconut} to finish off. . 
Shorter leg day than normal. 🏋️‍♀️ Started with some body weight squats, then deadlifts, standing leg press, lying hamstring curls, and leg extensions, then finished up on the arc trainer for some cardio. I wasn’t feeling a frozen shake for breakfast, so I decided to revisit an old favorite. I made myself a protein waffle, drizzled with peanut butter, using my sea salt dark chocolate caramel protein shake and pb2 powder! My chickens also decided to randomly lay 2 eggs, after not laying for 4 months, so a Faith farm fresh egg stared in this delicious breakfast as well. Been on the struggle bus lately since the scale hasn't really moved. One thing I do know is that I may not be fully into it 110%. Working in a restaurant makes it hard to stay on track. Having a bodybuilder boyfriend who eats like everything makes it hard to stay on track 😂. But in the end it's MY fault. It's my lack of 110% and thinking oh this tortilla chips ain't gonna screw it up. Well one then turns into 5 on the course of a night and guess what, that equals out fo be 150 calories. Who woulda thought? So those 5 chips, that extra couple grams of peanut butter and this window fry addddddddds up my frands. 🙄

Take a good look at if you're actually committed 110% and THEN come to the conclusion if you're actually not making progress because of a little bit of lax on your part. -

TOUGH TEMPO! This was my toughest tempo workout in a while. After the first tempo mile I couldn’t imagine doing 3 more. I almost bagged this workout by cutting it short. Instead I pushed through and tried my best to not stare at the miles slowly passing by. It was a mental game for sure but I know if I didn’t do it I would of been mad at myself. Thankful for @nuunhydration for keeping me hydrated for this run....I really needed it. Finished my 4 tempo miles at GHMP! Only 36 days til @rundisney Princess Run Weekend!

41 weeks pregnant 155lbs ... to five months postpartum(two months of not so consistent working out) 130. I am already feeling stronger. I Can’t wait to see where I will be in the next two months. Having a baby and getting back into shape is such a crazy experience. After experiencing labor, women really can do anything. So don’t sell yourself short.

Finally found my motivation to return regularly to training, and am starting to actually enjoy it again🙌🏼 who knew a little time off would re-ignite my love (lmao) and also not cause my entire progression from the years to go down the drain🌈🤣
Am also HALF-way there in my PT course, somehow and don’t know how I passed my fitness instructor exams (think I absorb more information than I realise!) but am soooo excited and ready to be qualified and begin my own journey with it when it’s all done and dusted!!
Shall keep you all updated and will try not to go missing in action as much on the gram loool bye x

20 minutes on the elliptical – fast pace & medium resistance
1️⃣10 (each leg) kettlebell reverse lunge
2️⃣20 kettlebell swing to side step –
3️⃣15 banded rocket jumps – MAX EFFORT for this move. You are jumping forward for this move and exploding as high as you can. This is one of the best ways to get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories.

این چند روزه نبودم و نتونستم پست بذارم براتون ولی امشب با یه پست جالب و یه ایده خیلی کاربردی اومدم😍😍 .
اکثرا ما وقتی گوشی تازه میخریم خیلی مواظبشیم و گلس و قاب خوب میندازیم براش که صفحه ش خراب نشه و رو گوشی خراش نیوفته ولی یه مدت که گذشت دیگه بیخیالش میشیم 😀

امشب بهتون یه ترفند یاد میدم که خراش های موبایلتونو از بین ببرین و مثل روز اول نوش کنین😍😎

Its FRIDAY!!! finally! Anyone else feel like this week has been dragging on?

I've been sticking to my plan better than I thought I would. I haven't been diving into bags of chips or candy at all. Last night I did have a chocolate bar while I was at Axe Throwing but that's the only candy I've had in a long time.

So naturally  I check to see how my obliques are doing, cause well #FlexFriday! .

朝ごはんから夜ごはんまで。

朝はドタバタで飲まず食わず、10時に#idealfit のプロテイン。キャラメルモカ。

プロテインはパパが色々買って飲んでいるので、割といろんな味知ってましたが、これ本当に飲みやすくて美味しい!あとはチョコブラウニーがあるのでめちゃくちゃ楽しみです。

昼から夕方まではいつも通り作り置きしたり食べたり。

煮物に、白菜と海苔のサラダに、小松菜のレンチンあえ。どっさりきのこのスープ。
いつも焼きたてのローストチキンを食べられるのは嬉しいな。

そしてそして、念願の、かに玉🦀

最終日と思ってたけど、明日はお昼から夜まで外出なので、今日作って食べました💕
材料はねぎ、しいたけ、かに。
@friendsfarms の卵白でくるくるして、蒸し焼きするだけ。

美味しかった!3/4位食べて、パパに奪われる形でご馳走さま。
