Today was leg day! Here’s my workout:
Banded Hip Thrusts
Lunges with the Barbell Between the Legs
Banded Sumo Leg Press
Taking the holiday season to lift super heavy, do minimal cardio, eat in a surplus (and enjoy it), and hopefully try to put on some muscle mass!🏼
Don’t stress too much during the holidays about trying to lose weight if that’s your main goal.
Instead, still try to make it to the gym, maintain what you have, and ENJOY the holidays!
