I went out for late lunch/ early dinner with my Nan & parents yesterday. I had a gluten and dairy free roast, which was amazing. Low fodmap is sitting on the back burner currently, as I have no idea how I’ll be able to do it this weekend coming!! I’m also looking into going to see a private dietician, as my doctor was beyond useless and told me to google the diet 🙄🤦🏼♀️. I had been avoiding peas and my god I had missed them, I’ve had no bloat or pain, so I’m going to try having some more tonight I think. I then ate a whole bag of Maoam pinballs & a chocolate pot, oh and I had two gin & sodas whilst out🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃. I’m blaming the fact I feel so ill I just want sugar all the time hahaha.
