What are your goals?
Not necessarily your fitness goals, although those are important too... but I mean the goals you have in all areas of your life.
If you don't have them, it's time to start.
It's hard to hit a target you don't aim for... and similarly, you can't live an amazing life if you don't first determine what that means for you.
What are the things you want to achieve this week? This month? This year? In 10 years?
Sadly, most people usually don't know the answer to all, or even one of these questions.
These same people often play victim to their circumstances, and think life happens to them instead of for them.
That's ok, I'm not trying to change their minds... I'll often lose that battle.
No, this is for the person still reading this... you, the person who wants more out of life.
First, you need clarity.
What goals do you want to achieve?
What impact do you want to have?
How do you want to live?
How do you want to feel in the process of all of this?
Get clear on this... understand your why behind it all... then go execute every day until you reach them!
