Let’s not kid ourselves, dieting is hard. If it was easy then no one would be overweight by choice BUT you have to remember that if you struggle to diet then FAT LOSS is your primary goal when dieting.
I know that sounds ridiculous and obvious but what I mean is this: Yes we would all like to eat perfect food, lean meats, green veg, no junk, cut out alcohol etc but the reality is that dieting on its own is tough without then completely changing the everything about the lifestyle you have been following previously
Change too many things at once you are doomed to failure, it is too much deprivation, you will simply buckle (and am willing to bet that is what has happened in the past)
That is why when I write diet plans for Switch Plan members I always INCLUDE those things, treats, alcohol, meals out etc. I simply make sure that I work out quantities that mean the fat still drops off, but enjoying some treats ensures that you have a much better chance of sticking to it.
So make sure you include some of the nice stuff in your diet, because for 99% of us, if we don’t, your current weight loss efforts will fail again
