I can't remember the last time I did HIIT and man was this a killer. Due to the fact that I only recently started doing cardio again, I couldn't hit 45 seconds per exercise and set my goal as 30 instead.
Not being able to hit 45 seconds didn't discourage me, it rather made me want to work harder and compete against myself to be able to complete this fully. It's so important, especially in the gym, not to kick yourself when you find your weak spots but rather take it as a challenge for improvement
