What is the best workout by @get_e3_fit

Well, what is the best workout? Everyone always wants to know what kind of workout they should be doing.
:
Strength training, hiit, circuit training, yoga, Zumba, running or whatever else I can’t think of at the moment.
:
The answer is.... it depends. Most of it is goal dependent.  But, If you’re just starting out, anything you do can help you to lose fat and get stronger in some way.
:
So, I always tell people to do something they enjoy to get in the habit of working out. Any kind of activity is good for you.
:
I have always liked lifting weights. So that’s what I do for the majority of my workouts. After several years I knew I needed to add some additional things to my training not so much for the aesthetics but for overall health.
:
I hate doing cardio. But I do it. If I’m short on time I’ll do some sort of high intensity intervals. If time permits I’d much rather go for a hike or swim.
:
I do a 20 min yoga routine most mornings. I just do a lot of stuff.
:
But lifting weights is always my fallback. It’s what I like.
:
So the answer is to do whatever you enjoy( or tolerate 😂) doing that you can have some sort of consistency. Just start. Get active in some way.
:
Then, depending on your goals you can try new things, add in different types of training.
:
If you’ve been active for a while but haven’t reached your goals you should hire a coach to get you out of your comfort zone. You may need someone to help you with a different style of training.

Itamarandiba surgiu em decorrência da exploração do ouro e pedras preciosas.
Em 1675, a bandeira de Fernão Dias Pais Lemes, formada por portugueses, baianos e paulistas, a procura de esmeraldas, por aqui passou, surgindo então um pequeno povoado que foi denominado de São João Batista. O nome São João Batista dado ao povoado, permaneceu até dia 07 de setembro de 1923, quando foi mudado para Itamarandiba palavra de origem indígena que significa "pedra miúda que rola juntamente com as outras". Itamarandiba foi fundada em 24 de junho de 1865. Sendo seu primeiro presidente da Câmara, o Sr. capitão Manuel Francisco de Paula. Primeiro prefeito, Rvmº Padre João Afonso.Primeiro vigário, padre Joaquim da Circuncisão do senhor. Primeiro médico, Sr. Dr. Afonso Pavie. No dia 03 de maio de 1877, foi instalada a comarca até 1903 e foi reinstalada no dia 14 de julho de 1929.
A primeira escola de Itamarandiba chamava-se Escola Minta de 1º, 2º,3º e 4º ano.
A primeira luz elétrica foi colocada pelos senhores; Frederico Spichman e Sr. Geraldo Leonardo Costa, durou de 1912 à 1914. A primeira loja foi de D. Maria do Sr. Salvo Moreira. O primeiro dentista foi o Sr. Dr. Zezé dentista. É bom saber que antes da chegada dos bandeirantes portugueses, paulista e baianos aqui habitavam os índios Bororós e Botucudos.

Full body HIIT circuit
Swipe 👈🏼 for vid of exercises 👈🏼 I really loved this session today! I was all over the gym so if you try it, if someone is on your equipment just move to the next exercise and come back or just replace it with another, doesn’t matter too much just keep moving. 
I did 5 rounds but you could just set your workout time, say 30mins, and just do as many rounds as possible.

Would love to know if you try it!

Do 12 of each:

Assisted pull ups 
Leg Extensions
Box jumps
Triceps dips
Fitball ab roll ins
1 minute sprint on the treadmill (1 did 17kmp/h)

😲 ДВА ДНЯ БЕЗ ИНТЕРНЕТА

Оказывается, это не так уж и плохо, жить без интернета, ну, как раньше (надеюсь вы помните 😊). Такие "передышки" нужно устраивать чаще.

🚣‍♂️ В выходные сплавились по реке Чусовой с редакцией @e1.news. Река ну оочень спокойная, маршрут составлял всего около 30 км. Виды открываются ну просто о-офигенные! Вроде бы всего 2 дня, а воспоминаний на несколько лет. Насладились природой, поплавали на катамаранах, приготовили плов на костре, в общем, отдохнули как надо. Спасибо вам, ребята!
