Lunch after a quick visit to the gym (for the first time in months!!!) I had to reactivate my membership card it’s been that long!
Didn’t achieve much as i was limited for time, but did 10 mins on the rower, 10 mins on the treadmill (interval 1 min walk and 1 min at level 15kph alternatively), some walking lunges (with weights)
Need to find some interval/HITT routines (incl burpees, press ups etc) so if anyone has any good ones, please feel free to send me some to do. 😬 - 2 days ago
