Bodyweight circuits are my fav to throw onto the end of a session to get a lil bit of cardio and increase intensity🔥⁣
⁣
8 reps of each exercise, 5 rounds with a 40 sec rest between each round: ⁣
⁣
1) chest to floor burpees ⁣
⁣
2) walkout into push ups⁣
⁣
3) jumping lunges⁣
⁣
4) kneeling into jump squat ⁣
⁣
5) compass lunges (forward, sideways, reverse) ⁣

Although most people try and get most of their workouts done in the gym, life happens. We have deadlines, responsibilities, and other things that may not give us enough time to hit the gym. But that doesn't mean you still can't get a workout in!
- 
NO EQUIPMENT: this is a great full body workout that does not require any equipment! Repeat the workout 2 to 3 times, and remember to stretch and cool down prior to and after the circuits.
- 
SOME EQUIPMENT: A little more challenging in terms of load, but an incredible workout nonetheless. You will need some basic equipment like dumbbells and a functional staircase. Repeat this circuit twice, and again remember to warm up(before) and cool down(after) the circuits.

There's nothing like a little outdoor stair session to change up your workout. I get tired of seeing the inside of gym ALL the time, and fo be honest I'm not always motivated to workout. Pre-workout can only do so much🤣 Changing where you workout may give you the boost you need to step it up a little. The sunset was a little blinding, but definitely beautiful 💕😊

This week I talked a lot about frontal plane movements and here is a great combination that offers more dynamic strength working in this plane of motion.⠀

I had a bit of fomo while some of my teammates were working on their obstacle sprints at @obstaclefitnessct so I went up the road to @crossfitbluesky to treat myself to a nasty high-intensity workout.

I call it The Assaulting Six...
.
For time.
Starting and ending with 6kcal on the assault bike, as well as 6kcal between each of the following exercises.
- 6 wall balls
- 6 MU (I did 3 on rings & 3 on bars)
- 6 snatches
- 6 devils presses
- 6 MB cleans over shoulder
- 6 KB swings
.
Go as heavy as you can maintain with good form and without hurting yourself. Try to complete the workout as fast as possible. (My time was around 8min-ish).
Rest 3min then repeat as many times as desired 😬

As you can tell it was a very clean workout 😛

Hey everyone 😄 this is a  throwback to my my first ever workout video I uploaded onto this page, it definitely shows how far I've come, had a bit of timber around my stomach that's for sure 😂 this is just over a year ago and it's been a year of hard work and determination, but I wouldn't change it for the world,  I use the #strongerthanever because mentally and physically I'm constantly improving from the previous day, and as a shout-out to the Raleigh Ritchie Song, which got me a through a lot in a dark time.  I aim to keep improving, the fight is so worth it when I see how far I've come, keep going everyone, you've got this 💙💪 Exercises:
1) 4 Squat Thrusts- 4 Squat Thrust Jack's
2) Sprint on the Spot w/ Alternating Touch Downs
3) 4 Lunge Jumps- 2 Burpees 
4) 4 Floor Triceps Dips- 4 Press Ups
5) 4 Sit Ups- 4 Elevated Legs Sit Ups 
Complete 4 Rounds of this Circuit with 30 Seconds on each exercise followed by 30 Seconds rest=20 Minutes Workout
