all you need to do is combine the ingredient below in a bowl and leave to soak overnight...
• heaped 1/2 cup oats
• 2 tsp chia seeds
• 2/3-1 cup coconut milk (the carton-type, not the tinned one!)

I made this easy 3-ingredient kiwi matcha ice cream yesterday and loved it 😋. I used 4 frozen kiwis, a generous splash of coconut water, and 1 tsp of matcha. Toppings include blackberries, pink chia pudding, and frozen berries. Happy new week everyone 🤗 #breakfastwithflowers

Y en este de aquí va mi fruta preparada para el medio día o la merienda, para estos días tan largos en los que apenas paso por casa. Yo también como cada día en el trabajo, pero este tipo de detalles hacen que llevar una vida más saludable sea posible ¿comes fuera de casa? ¿llevas tu tuppers o comes fuera?

For the past two days, I’ve not been on social media and it felt GREAT. I actually went to Nottingham on Sunday morning with a bunch of my childhood friends and spent 2 days over there, and I decided that I wouldn’t post on social media and leave it be. I, instead, enjoyed each present moment with my friends and we had the cutest trip—we explored, played card games, cooked together, ate together, all while barely using our phones... I got so used to not using I literally left it on the coach and only realized after a good 15 mins of walking to my bus stop LMAO RIP I RAN BACK AND THANK GOD IT WAS STILL THERE EVEN THOUGH—ANYWAYS. I’ve been doing this more and more and it feels so so good. Although I love using this platform to express myself and to spread da love, I also make sure to not get too consumed into the world of Instagram as it can be very damaging to one’s mental health—it just isn’t worth it. Live in the present moment and stop using your free time scrolling through your phones. The amount of things you can do instead are wondrous 🌈

Mit Buchweizen, Avocado,  Banane, Ananas, Spinat (weil ich keine Brennessel hatte) , Datteln, Apfel, Minze, Zitrone, Cashew und getrocknete Physalis (weil ich gerade keine frischen im Haus hatte)
Einmal für mich und einmal für meine kleine 20monatige Maus, die - genau wie ich- schwer begeistert war 🤤

Das Kochbuch hat der Deutsche Tierschutzbund zusammen mit einem Holzkochlöffel und einem GemüseSack im Rahmen seiner #weiljedemahlzeitzählt - Aktion gratis versandt.

🍌Tag 4-5 frusna BANANER (perfekt att skiva upp gamla bananer & lägga in i påsar i frysen) 🥥Häv ned bananerna i en mixer tillsammans med 2 dl KOKOSFLINGOR, 2 dl frusen MANGO, 1 dl VÄXTMJÖLK (valfri. Jag körde @oatly deluxe som är berikad. Men för helt glutenfri välj soja, mandel eller kokos, alternativt @aitoglobal havre)
🍌Mixa allt till en jämn glass.
🥥Njut till frukost med extra kokosflingor & frukt & nötter. Eller som ett gott mellanmål. Det som blir över går bra att frysa in. Tag fram en stund innan & rör mjuk innan du äter.

🇬🇧 A little bit different carrot cake but just as good as the traditional one🤗 My carrot cake protein balls are a perfect healthy grab-and-go snack🤩 So soft, yummy and easy to make😍

If you’d like to give them a try, you’ll need 2 tbsp of almond flour, 50g of blended almonds, 2 tbsp of vanilla pea protein, 2 tsp of cinnamon, 2 grated carrots, 2 tbsp of almond butter, 1 tbsp of sunflower seed butter (I used the @nuteo.cz one), 1 tbsp of maple syrup and a pinch of pure vanilla extract.

Blend almond butter with sunflower seed butter, maple syrup and pure vanilla extract until smooth. Add all the remaining ingredients and a splash of water and blend until smooth and thick. Put the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes (which will allow it to harden a little bit). Then roll it into balls and store them in the fridge. Enjoy💖

🇨🇿 Tak trošku jiný carrot cake🤗 Ale rozhodně ne horší než ten klasický, na který jsme zvyklí😉 Proteinové carrot cake kuličky jsou skvělá zdravá svačinka na cesty🤩 Jsou měkoučké, vynikající a hned hotové😍

Pokud byste je chtěli vyzkoušet, budete potřebovat 2 lžíce mandlové mouky, 50g mletých mandlí, 2 lžíce vanilkového hrachového proteinu, 2 lžičky skořice, 2 nastrouhané mrkve, 2 lžíce mandlového másla, 1 lžíci pomazánky ze slunečnicových semínek (použila jsem pomazánku ze slunečnicových semínek od firmy @nuteo.cz), 1 lžíci javorového sirupu a špetku vanilkového extraktu.

Rozmixujte dohladka mandlové máslo s pomazánkou ze slunečnicových semínek, javorovým sirupem a vanilkovým extraktem. Přidejte do mixéru zbývající ingredience, trošku vody a vše rozmixujte tak, aby vznikla hutná směs. Dejte ji tak na 10 minut do lednice, aby ztuhla a lépe se s ní pracovalo. Pak z ní utvořte kuličky, které skladujte v lednici. Dobrou chuť💖

I love summer so much and all its flavors!

I made some strawberry chia jam to go with a nice slice on toast.
The jam recipe is easy:
- 500 g strawberries
- half a lime
- 4 tbsp chia seeds.
Blend the strawberries, grate the zest and squeeze the juice on the lime to the berries chia, mix and wait.
For Finns -> the recipe with some dark moments of my sugary history + tips can be found on my blog, the link's placed in bio.

Reposted from @cookingforpeanuts - 🌱’Must-try’ Buffalo cajun BBQ tempeh bites🌱I adapted my previous buffalo BBQ tempeh recipe and used cajun spices instead!😋I cut the tempeh into cubes...better for those who haven’t tried tempeh or if you’re not the biggest fan. This way there’s more flavor from the sauce and less from the tempeh. (You can leave out the vegan butter for oil-free version.)
🌱Tempeh Recipe: Boil 1-8oz block tempeh straight out of the packet (in enough water to cover) for few minutes before using. Slice tempeh into approximately 3/4 inch cubes. Mix: 1/4 cup flour, 2 tsp cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste). Add 1/4 cup plant milk and mix well, breaking up any lumps. (The mixture should be fairly thick to ensure it sticks to the tempeh.) Rub mixture onto each piece of  tempeh until all sides are evenly coated. Bake on non-stick baking sheet at 400F about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare sauce by mixing in saucepan: 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup hot sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp vegan butter. This way there’s more flavor from the sauce and less from the tempeh. (You can leave out the vegan butter for oil-free version.) Tempeh Recipe: Boil 1-8oz block tempeh straight out of the packet (in enough water to cover) for few minutes before using. Slice tempeh into approximately 3/4 inch cubes. Mix: 1/4 cup flour, 2 tsp cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste). Add 1/4 cup plant milk and mix well, breaking up any lumps. (The mixture should be fairly thick to ensure it sticks to the tempeh.) Rub mixture onto each piece of tempeh until all sides are evenly coated. Bake on non-stick baking sheet at 400F about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare sauce by mixing in saucepan: 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup hot sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp vegan butter. • 250 g dark chocolate (vegan)⠀
• 1/4 cup coconut oil⠀
• 1 tsp coffee powder (optional)⠀
• 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt⠀
- in a double boiler, melt the chocolate and combine all ingredients.⠀
• 1 can aquafaba (a little less than 2/3 cup)⠀
• 2 tbs organic sugar⠀
• 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce⠀
• 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀
• 1 cup oat flour*⠀
(For gluten free option, use gluten free oat flour or spelt flour)⠀
⠀
DIRECTIONS⠀
1. Add aquafaba, sugar, apple sauce, and vanilla to a blender and blend for at least 3 minutes.⠀
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl before gradually adding melted chocolate and stir until well combined. ⠀
3. Slowly whisk in oat flour, 1/4 cup at a time.⠀
4. In a greased and dusted ramekins*, pour in the batter, make sure it's equally distributed.⠀
5. Bake at 350F (or 175C) for about 8-12 minutes. This all depends on the size of your ramekins and oven. ⠀
6. Rest for about 5-10 minutes. Then, use a knife to scrape and clean down the sides of the cake to make sure it doesn't stick to the ramekins before flipping it onto a plate. ⠀
7. Garnish with fresh fruits and vegan icing sugar, serve warm.⠀
8. Indulge. *grease the ramekins with coconut oil and dust with a little bit of flour.⠀

we love a simple lunch 🤪 so my dietician appointment went pretty good, she said i need to focus on protein and increase my carbs a little bit but my meal plan didn’t increase 🌟 i told her how i feel stuck because i’m more comfortable with how much i’m eating but mentally nothing has been addressed with my therapist 😕 it’s frustrating because i want to push myself but i’m scared mentally i can’t handle it because i haven’t discussed my eating etc. with my therapist bc she is putting a focus on being more social and what i want from recovery?? which is good but it’s also been 4 sessions 😖 anywayyy, me and my sister are getting san churro for afternoon snack and i’m terrified BUT I CAN DO THIS!! i’m going to get my yummy hot chocolate and if my sister wants churros fuck ana i’m getting churros 💪🏼🤣💓

This Mango Panna Cotta is smooth and creamy right down to the last spoonful! It’s a gorgeous dessert that will wow your guests at a party, and it also works perfectly as a homestyle pudding for mango lovers. ⁣⁣⁣
The best part?? You can make it up to several days ahead of time!⁣⁣⁣
Recipe below 📝👇🏻⁣⁣⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣⁣
For the coconut panna cotta:⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)⁣⁣⁣
🔸250 ml coconut cream⁣⁣⁣
🔸2 agar agar powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸3 tbsp coconut sugar⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 tbsp shredded unsweeted coconut⁣⁣⁣
🔸½ tsp vanilla powder⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
For the mango-passion fruit coulis:⁣⁣⁣
🔹1 mango⁣⁣⁣
🔹3 passion fruits⁣⁣⁣
🔹Dash of organic orange juice (optional)⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣⁣
1. Coconut Panna Cotta: Dilute agar with the cold coconut milk. In a medium saucepan, bring coconut milk, coconut cream, shredded coconut, vanilla powder and sugar just to the boil, then turn it down to a simmer, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cook for about 2-3 minutes whisking it constantly.⁣⁣⁣
2. To create slanted lines, place your verrines or dessert glasses on top of an other glass, or inside an egg box. Pour the mixture into the verrines and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.⁣⁣⁣
3. Mango-passion fruit coulis: Mix the mango flesh and passion fruit juice (I discarded the seeds using a mesh strainer) in a blender. You can add a dash of orange juice if wanted.⁣⁣⁣
4. Pour the coulis in the verrines. Decorate with mango chunks before serving. Enjoy!😋⁣⁣⁣

There's probably nothing more sublime and delicious in my South Indian cuisine than crispy dosa. These have been one of my household’s favourite go-to meal !🍽😋⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Dosa is a simple , easy to make , appetizing and nutritious dish. It’s a fermented, low carb-high protein food, packed with fiber and natural probiotics. And what’s more , it’s VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE as well 😋🍛⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Dosa is one such food item that’s extremely appetizing and relatively light, made from rice , lentils and other spices , adding low calories in your body. It's a healthy choice to overcome obesity.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
A properly made crisp and savory Indian dosa is  fairly simple to make, with this caveat: after grinding, the batter must be fermented overnight or for at least 8 hours for the correct texture and requisite sour flavor. However, once the batter is ready, it can be refrigerated and kept for several days, even a week. ⁣⁣⁣

It’s like a burst of sunshine in your mouth, with the orange of the cantaloupe ,the sweetness of the bananas and mangoes and the succulence of the peaches coming together to make a beautiful smoothie. This would be a great vessel to add some veggies as well.⁣

I got the inspiration for this smoothie from the classic combination of peanut butter and jelly. It’s creamy, rich in nutrients and tastes amazing. Sneak in some fresh spinach or kale for an extra dose of dark leafy greens.⁣🌱🥦⁣⁣

This high-protein and fibre-rich smoothie is nice and simple but it does not skimp on flavour one bit. This smoothie would be a good choice before or after a workout thanks to the good balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates. ⁣🥗⁣⁣

INGREDIENTS⁣:⁣⁣
🔸1 cup each raspberries and strawberries (280 g)⁣⁣⁣
🔸2 tbsp almond butter (30 g, sub peanut butter)⁣⁣⁣

🔸1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (30 g)⁣⁣⁣
🔸5-6 small, pitted medjool dates ⁣⁣

This is a top favored dish ⁣in my South Indian cuisine, made with boiled, crumbled potatoes in a mild, flavorful gravy. It is usually served with pooris or dosa.⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
🔸5 potatoes ( boiled and mashed well )⁣
🔸3 tsp oil⁣
🔸1 tsp mustard⁣
🔸1 tsp chana dal⁣
🔸½ tsp cumin ⁣
🔸1 tsp urad dal⁣
🔸a pinch asafoetida⁣
🔸few curry leaves⁣
🔸1 chilli, slit⁣
🔸1 inch ginger, finely chopped⁣
🔸1 onion, sliced⁣
🔸¼ tsp turmeric⁣
🔸 salt to taste⁣
🔸1¼ cup water⁣
⁣
⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, chana dal, cumin,  urad dal, asafoetida , few curry leaves, chilli and ginger.⁣
2. Sauté on medium flame.⁣
3. Once the mustard splutters, add the onions and turmeric and mix well. Do not allow the onions to caramelize.⁣
4. After a few mins, add 1 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or until the onions are tender.⁣
5. Now add the mashed potatoes and salt.⁣
6. After 10 minutes the potato masal will thicken, so adjust consistency by adding more water if needed.⁣
7. Enjoy potato masala with poori or dosa. 🍲😋⁣

INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣⁣⁣
For dal tadka:⁣⁣⁣⁣
1.  Pressure cook 1 cup of moong dal with 4 cups of water for 20 mins.⁣⁣⁣⁣
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute onions till they turn golden brown.⁣⁣⁣⁣
3. Add crushed garlic , ginger, chopped tomatoes ,red chilli powder , turmeric and coriander powder and fry without burning the spices.⁣⁣⁣⁣
4. Now add in cooked daal and mix well ⁣⁣⁣⁣
5. Add salt to taste.⁣⁣⁣⁣
6. Adjust the consistency by adding required water.⁣⁣⁣⁣
7. Finally add chopped cilantro.⁣⁣⁣⁣

Preparing Tadka for dal tadka:⁣⁣⁣⁣
🔺In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, curry leaves, hing and dried red chilli. let them splutter.⁣⁣⁣⁣
🔺pour the tadka on dal and serve with steamed rice.⁣⁣⁣⁣

VEGAN LEMON CUPCAKES 😋⁣⁣
Deliciously lemony, moist and simple cupcakes with a velvety frosting.⁣⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣
For the Cupcakes:⁣⁣
🔸1 and 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour⁣⁣
🔸1 cup Sugar⁣⁣
🔸1 tsp Baking Soda⁣⁣
🔸1/2 tsp Salt⁣⁣
🔸1 cup Soy Milk⁣⁣
🔸1/3 cup Vegetable Oil⁣⁣
🔸1 Tbsp White Vinegar⁣⁣
🔸1 tsp Vanilla Extract⁣⁣
🔸2 tsp Lemon Extract⁣⁣
🔸1 Tbsp Lemon Zest⁣⁣
For the Lemon Buttercream Frosting:⁣⁣
🔸3 cups Powdered Sugar⁣⁣
🔸1/3 cup Vegan Butter⁣⁣
🔸2 Tbsp Lemon Juice⁣⁣
🔸1 tsp Lemon Extract⁣⁣
For Decoration:⁣⁣
🔸Lemon Zest⁣⁣
⁣⁣
INSTRUCTIONS⁣⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).⁣⁣
2. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the sugar, baking soda and salt. Then add the soy milk, vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon zest. Whisk briefly with a hand whisk to combine properly and remove any lumps.⁣⁣
3. Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners and divide the batter between them.⁣⁣
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.⁣⁣
5. When baked transfer to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool completely before frosting.⁣⁣
7. Prepare your frosting by adding the powdered sugar, vegan butter, lemon juice and lemon essence to an electric mixing bowl. Start at slow speed and gradually increase speed until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick, add a little more lemon juice until you reach the right consistency.⁣⁣
8. Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes and then decorate with some lemon zest.⁣ Enjoy!😋⁣

Dosa is one such food item which is extremely appetizing and relatively light, made from rice , lentils and other spices , adding low calories in your body. It's a healthy choice to overcome obesity.⁣

A properly made crisp and savory Indian dosa is  fairly simple to make, with this caveat: the batter must be fermented overnight for the correct texture and requisite sour flavor. However, once the batter is ready, it can be refrigerated and kept for several days, even a week. ⁣⁣
