So despite stuffing my face all day, when I wouldn’t normally eat half of what I did on weigh day.... -1lb 😊 probably would have been 1.5lb-2lb if I’d ate less- but I almost needed a break from the diet to be able to carry on. Will be over today, but plan on SMASHING the rest of the week. {NICE CREAM banane / courgette #vegan #sansgluten} cet après midi j’ai eu une soudaine envie de glace .... mais au lieu de me jeter sur un magnum (vegan) par exemple .... j’ai choisit l’option Nice cream plus saine et franchement meilleure à tout  niveau (selon moi !) J’ai appliqué la même règle que pour mes Smoothies bowl (ajouter des légumes et du bon gras pour faire baisser l’IG !! Et c’est encore meilleur que la version basique !) ... du coup j’ai mis ... 1/2 banane congelée et .... 1/2 courgette ça permet de baisser la dose de sucre sans que ça ne modifie le goût ni la texture (la courgette passe totalement inaperçue !) et toujours en vue de baisser l’IG mais également d’y ajouter de la gourmandise et une texture onctueuse j’ai ajouté une généreuse cuillère à soupe de purée d’amande maison j’ai mixé le tout au @thermomixfr  à pleine puissance pendant quelques secondes ... j’ai bien raclé les parois, ajouté un soupçon de lait de coco maison pour bien lié le tout, mixé à nouveau quelques secondes à puissance moyenne et hop ... quelques fèves de cacao crus histoire de ... je l’ai dégusté au calme dans le jardin et ... c’était trop bon !! Hoy es lunes, hago “Restart” a todo lo que me comí con la excusa del Día del padre, comienzo una semana con ganas de comer sanito peeeero, un dulcito no puede faltar... 😋🐽

Por eso hice estas galletitas de arroz y quinoa con magia ✨ inspiradas en una receta de @peggysfood 🥰

Es súper fácil de hacer y rapidito, utilicé lo siguiente:
.
🌰4 tortitas de arroz y quinoa (pueden ser las tortitas de arroz redonditas)
🌰Chocolate sin azúcar.
🌰Stevia.
🌰1 cucharadita de aceite de coco.
🌰Los toppings que tenía en casa: coco deshidratado, chía y almendras fileteadas.

Procedimiento:
.
1️⃣ Tosté un poco las tortitas en una plancha (puede ser en el air fryer o en tostadora de pan).
2️⃣ Mientras quedaban crujientes derretí 4 cuadritos de chocolate con un sobre de stevia y una cucharadita de aceite de coco.
3️⃣ Coloqué a las 4 tortitas el chocolate derretido y los toppings.
4️⃣ Reservé en la nevera para que el chocolate compactara.

TARAAAAAN listo quedaron buenísimas♥️ no toma ni 10 minutos hacerlas.

I know -- a lofty question.  We all feel the tug to find a meaning for our lives, and most of all, we're craving the peace and calm that would come with finding that answer.  This doesn't have to be one firm answer -- it can fluctuate through seasons of your life, even.  For this season of life, what is your purpose?

This insanely creamy Spinach Lemon Cauliflower Rice Risotto is all things delicious. It’s made with sauteed cauliflower and a healthy cauliflower cream sauce (dairy-free or regular, your choice!) and has lots of fresh lemon flavor. Top with some spicy garlic prawns for a simple to make dinner everyone will love!
~
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, finely minced
36 ounce Cauliflower “Rice” 
1 cup vegetable broth 
5 ounces baby spinach
OPTION #1: CHEESY LEMON CREAM SAUCE 
1 cup milk~1 cup white cheddar cheese ~1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese~1 teaspoon sea salt ~Juice of 1 lemon
OPTION #2: DAIRY-FREE LEMON CREAM SAUCE 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth~1 cup raw cashews or pine nuts 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast~1 teaspoon sea salt~Juice of 1 lemon
THE GARLIC CHILI PRAWNS 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter 2 garlic cloves, very finely minced 1 lb. uncooked, peeled prawns (tail on or off, your choice) 1/2 teaspoon paprika A pinch of chili flakes and sea salt
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it is transparent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the cauliflower and broth and bring to a boil. Cook the cauliflower, stirring occasionally, until it is soft, about 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. If you’re using the Cheesy Lemon Cream Sauce: Remove 2 cups of the cauliflower and add it to your blender with the milk. Blend on high until smooth. Add the cheddar, parmesan, sea salt and lemon juice and blend again until the cheese has melted. If you’re using the Dairy-Free Lemon Cream Sauce: Remove 2 cups of the cauliflower and add it to your blender with the cashews, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and lemon juice and blend on high until smooth. Add the spinach to the cauliflower rice and put the pan back on the heat.

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1.5 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats or quick-oats. (certified gluten-free)
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1.5 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of buckwheat honey (love Beekeeper’s Naturals!) *optional
2-3 tbsp peanut or sunflower butter (melted)
1/4 tsp of sea salt *optional

1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
2. Using a large fork, mash bananas in a bowl. Add bananas to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
3. I used an ice-cream scooper to scoop batter into balls which I later flattened a bit by hand.
4. Bake for about 13-15 mins. (I drizzled mine with almond butter)

Oh, they are my recent favourites. Not only they taste delicious, but you can have them as a treat during your Arbonne 30 days challenge. They are soft and gooey and stay like that for a long time. You can try with different toppings, but I think the raspberries really freshen up this dessert.

Ingredients:
1 can of black beans (approx 1 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup cashew nuts (soaked overnight)
1 tbs flax seeds
2 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 cup of agave (or stevia)
1/4 cup rice flour
.
For the top:
a handful of fresh raspberries
1-2 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
.
1. Add 3 tablespoons of water to the flaxseed and set aside
2. Drain your cashews then add to the food processor alongside with the coconut oil and beans. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
3. Pour into a mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
4. Scoop into a prepared baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes on 180 C degrees.
5. Let it cool down a bit before slicing up the brownies.

This is a super simple appetizer that turned out delicious! Toss cherry tomatoes with red onion and garlic cloves in olive oil then roast it in the oven with a piece of feta cheese and some fresh thyme ...I served it with toasted baguette. Ya yo había puesto esta receta antes pero #throwbackmonday y un recordatorio que el jengibre es súper bueno porque tiene propiedades medicinales, ayuda con el dolor muscular y con la inflamación :)

On the go today and every day!

Love having healthy snacks in my bag for when I get hungry (read: hangry) but don’t want to snack on a sugar packed protein bar! I encourage anyone and everyone to truly read the nutrition facts and ingredients on any product you buy to get the full picture. A lot of bars taste good but have 11+ grams of sugar per serving! Some have even more... I’ve seen 30g 😱 and some have a ton of sugar and still don’t taste good 🤦🏻‍♀️ That being said I’m all about doing you! Meaning, if you like a bar that happens to have a higher sugar count, that’s ok! Enjoy it and don’t feel any pressure or guilt because life is too short to be anxious about enjoying thing you enjoy!!

Every once in awhile I actually crave something sweet soooo I decided to get a little creative with my snacks over the weekend! Pure 30 starts today. If you dont know what I'm talking about you gotta check it out in my stories. Not a diet, not a fad quick fix, but a complete whole body makeover from the inside out. Since we all want to enjoy tasty snacks that are nutritious and delicious at the same time here is one of my favorites. ENJOY.

Chicks Snack

2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 to 4 teaspoons spices or finely chopped fresh herbs, such as chili powder, curry powder, garam masala, cumin, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme, or other favorite spices and herbs

Heat the oven to 400°F. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 400°F.

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Open the cans of chickpeas and pour the chickpeas into a strainer in the sink. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

Dry the chickpeas. Pat the chickpeas very dry with a clean dishtowel or paper towels. They should look matte and feel dry to the touch; if you have time, leave them to air-dry for a few minutes. Remove any chickpea skins that come off while drying, but otherwise don’t worry about them.

Toss the chickpeas with olive oil and salt. Spread the chickpeas out in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the salt. Stir with your hands or a spatula to make sure the chickpeas are evenly coated.

Roast the chickpeas for 20 to 30 minutes. Roast, stirring the chickpeas or shaking the pan every 10 minutes. A few chickpeas may pop – that’s normal. The chickpeas are done when golden and slightly darkened, dry and crispy on the outside, and soft in the middle, 20 to 30 minutes total.

Toss the chickpeas with the spices.Sprinkle the spices if using over the chickpeas and stir to coat evenly. Serve while the chickpeas are still warm and crispy. They wil
