Whats better than chocolate chip cookies?
Smarties Choc Chip Cookies 🍪
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside 👌🏼. 🍪250g all-purpose flour
🍪 2g baking soda
🍪 170g unsalted butter, melted
🍪 220g packed brown sugar
🍪 100g white sugar
🍪 15ml vanilla extract
🍪 1 egg
🍪 1 egg yolk
🍪 100g chocolate chips
🍪100g m&m's or smarties
🍪 Pinch of salt
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍴Preheat the oven to 165c.
🍴Mix together butter, brown sugar and white sugar, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy.
🍴Mix in the dry ingredients.
🍴Stir in the chocolate.
🍴Add cookie dough onto prepared greased sheets.
🍴Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until the edges are toasted.

Rinde: 6 galletas🍪⁣

📍Ingredientes:⁣
➡️120g de avena integral⁣
➡️40g de harina⁣
➡️20g stevia para cocinar⁣
➡️1 huevo⁣
➡️1cdta de polvo de hornear⁣
➡️1cdta de canela⁣
➡️50ml de aceite⁣
➡️3 cdas de leche ⁣descremada

📌Procedimiento ⁣
Revolver todo junto, formar las galletas y hornear por 20min aproximadamente⁣
⁣Intercambio por galleta: 1 carbo + 1 grasa 🍽Modificaciones:⁣
Se les puede agregar: ⁣

Turmeric tenderloins + cauli rice bowl. I’ll be honest, I’ve always hated the taste of turmeric, but I covered these tenderloins with it as well as garlic powder and I loved it 😳 I’m not sure why I suddenly didn’t mind the turmeric but I’m totally okay with that 🙌 this means I’ll be eating it more often (hopefully I’ll still like it) because it has such amazing anti-inflammatory affects! 👌⁣⁣

Recipe: ⁣⁣
• Turmeric tenderloins: coat the tenderloins with turmeric powder, garlic powder, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Preheat a pan to medium heat with avocado oil. Put the tenderloins in the pan. Cook for several minutes; then flip over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, just until there’s no more pink in the center. ⁣⁣
• Purple cabbage: sauté in pan over medium heat with avocado oil for several minutes. Then turn down to low-medium, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender. ⁣⁣
• Bell peppers: cook in the same pan as the cabbage. Cook it the same way as well. ⁣⁣
• Cauli rice: (I used frozen but it doesn’t really matter). Put into a pan with oil and season onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on a little below medium heat until tender. I also put a splash of broth in it toward the end to add more flavor. ⁣⁣

Perfect summer meal 🤤 had this yummy meal sitting outside enjoying the kinda warm weather. Got these chicken sausages from @costco I picked the bourbon ones but they had so many to pick from! cut up your desired veggies and coat in oil and whatever seasoning you want I used the chili lime seasoning from TJ bc I’m obsessed. And put in the over at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Cut up the sausages and cook over the stove top for a few minuets to get warm. Serve over your veggies 🥒🥦🥕🍅

Protein packed Buddha Bowl by @the_buddhist_chef. Ingredients:
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 lettuce leaves
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 baked sweet potato
1/2 cup canned chickpeas
3 cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado

INGREDIENTS - LOSS(GAIN IN PARENTHESES) makes 4 servings. ⁣⁣
10(8)eggs⁣⁣
1(1.5) lb Yukon gold potatoes ⁣⁣
1/2 onion⁣⁣
3(2) bell peppers ⁣⁣
4(12)oz chorizo ⁣⁣
1 tbsp olive oil ⁣⁣
Salt and pepper to taste ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
PREPARATION⁣⁣
1. Preheat oven to 425F⁣⁣
2. Cut potatoes into a medium dice. ⁣⁣
3. Add to a sheet pan with half Tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes and then flip. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes. ⁣⁣
4. Chop your onion and peppers into a medium dice. Sauté in the remaining olive oil until softened. ⁣⁣
5. Cook the chorizo and scrambled eggs. Don’t over cook your eggs like a dummy. ⁣⁣

** Leche de ajonjolí (o sésamo) ** Esta pequeñísima semilla es increiblemente nutritiva y, al menos yo no tenía idea que podías hacer leche con ella! Solo la habia visto en pan o sushi 🙈

Entre sus beneficios tenemos:
✅ alto contenido de calcio
✅ favorecen la salud cardiovascular porque son ricas en Omega 3 y 6
✅ son full fibra! Así que mejora tu digestión
✅ regula el colesterol
✅ y encima son una mini bomba de vitaminas E, B1, B3, B6 y ácido fólico... minerales: potasio, magnesio, zinc, fósforo, y como ya dije, calcio 💪(medio vaso de leche de #ajonjoli tiene mas calcio que un vaso entero de leche de vaca 😲) Ayer hice la leche, dejando en remojo toda la noche media taza de #semillas de ajonjolí, luego las enjuagué y licué en 2 tazas de agua.  Cerní y listo 😊

** Leche de ajonjolí (o sésamo) ** Esta pequeñísima semilla es increiblemente nutritiva y, al menos yo no tenía idea que podías hacer leche con ella! Solo la habia visto en pan o sushi Entre sus beneficios tenemos: alto contenido de calcio favorecen la salud cardiovascular porque son ricas en Omega 3 y 6 son full fibra! This mornings day off breakfast was absolute BLISS🌸
Sweet French toast roped with stewed berries, chopped walnuts, vanilla yoghurt, chocolate peanut butter and chia seeds✨ ALL VEGAN of course💃🏼 For the ‘egg’ for the French toast, just combine 2 tbsp of gram flour (chickpea flour) with some almond milk - enough for the texture to be nice and thick, but also thin enough for it to absorb into bread! I add a dash of cinnamon, maple syrup and some turmeric+black pepper (just because I’m adding turmeric to e v e r y t h I n g just now!) I used two slices of sourdough bread and fried it off until it was super crispy and deliccccccious!🌻 top with whatever the heck ya like and enjoy☀️☀️☀️with a side of @steampunkcoffee life is worth living🌈

shrimp and salmon stir fry with cauliflower rice😅🤩 (GF, dairy free, paleo and food combining friendly)

this stir fry is simple and full of flavor, and the perfect summer meal! i ate it yesterday for lunch after a workout, and it was more than satisfying🙌🏻 •

for the cauliflower rice, i just placed cauliflower into the food processor and pulsed it until it resembled rice, then put it in a pan with loads of spinach and a bit of olive oil, and cooked it until the spinach wilted! •

for the stir fry🥕🥦, i chopped up carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, and onion and cooked it  in olive oil for 6-8 minutes until the veggies started to soften. then added in coconut aminos, sriracha, garlic powder, ginger powder, 6 drops of liquid stevia, and salt & pepper. after letting the spices  start to cook together with the veggies for 2 minutes, i added in a meal prepped salmon filet and a few raw shrimp and cooked until the shrimp turned pink (about 3 minutes), and that’s it! •
i topped it with fresh avocado, sriracha, black sesame seeds, and green onion🥑
this recipe will be featured somewhere else in about a month, along with many more! 👀🤗🙊
