Muuuy Buenos díaaas ya mitad de semana, y yo super feliz porque casi es mi cumpleaños💕☀️ para iniciar el día bien cargados de pilas (y si tus tiempos te dan para hacerte desayunos más elaborados) te dejo esta receta de pancakes 😋 ⤵️

Ingredientes:
▪️1/2taza de avena ▪️1/4 de plátano maduro ▪️Endulzante ▪️Canela en polvo ▪️1/3 taza de leche de almendras (bebida vegetal de almendras 😬). ▪️1huevo y 2 claras

Preparación: 
1️⃣Licué todos los ingredientes hasta hacer una mezcla homogénea.
2️⃣En un sartén previamente calentado (debe estar muy caliente) vertí la mezcla dando forma de pancake.
3️⃣Cuando se formaron burbujas en la superficie di vuelta para cocer el otro lado.
4️⃣Lisssstooo🙊 decoré con manzanita asada al sartén, nueces y miel de maple sin azúcar. ✅✅

✨Made some healthy pancakes in a paniyaram pan ✨. My family members wanted to eat something sweet or cake like so I made them these 2 types of pancakes( that are sugar free)

Recipe:
Ingredients for base batter:
4 eggs 🥚 
4 bananas 🍌 
140g oats (1 cup)
3-4 dates 
Vanilla extract 
A pinch of salt

Method:
1. In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs until fluffy. 
2. In a blender, blend the rest of the ingredients and mix it with the egg mixture.
For the 2nd type of pancake, I took the same batter and added some crushed nuts( walnuts, almonds, cashew), shot of instant coffee, cocoa powder.

Everyone said it tasted just as sweet as a cake 🤣

CHOCOLATE PANCAKES 🍫🥞 These will certainly satisfy your chocolate craving. They are light, fluffy, delicious, and only take 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients 🍫
1 cup almond milk 
1Tbsp cacao powder 
1 cup flour 
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt 
1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave 
1  Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Proteinové lívance -50g cizrnové mouky -50g pohankové mouky/špaldové mouky -50g aktivního kvásku (ideálně asi pohankového, ale já to neřešila a dala normálně žitný a fungovalo to 😃) -cca 100g vody a rostlinného mléka -špetka soli

Smícháme sypké ingredience a pak přidáme trochu vody, aby vzniklo hustší těsto. Necháme 3-5 hodin kvasit (až se budou dělat bublinky a těsto zvětší svůj objem). Přilejeme rostlinné mléko (množství tolik, abychom docílili husté konzistence lívancového těsta). Poté těsto nabíráme lžičkou (mělo by ale trochu téct) a opékáme na suché pánvi (pozor aby měla správný povrch, pokud máte dobrou pánev jde to opravdu krásně). Pokud nemáte dobrou pánev použijte kokosový olej. *tím, že jsou lívance kváskové docílíme lepší stravitelnosti cizrnové mouky, která nám bohužel jinak může dělat potíže při trávení, protože cizrna nebyla namáčená a tudíž nebyly rozloženy antinutrienty.

Náplň: -jablko -mrkev -sušeného ovoce (rozinky, fíky, datle) -rostlinné mléko (jogurt) -strouhaný kokos -drcené lískové ořechy/slunečnicová semínka

Nastrouhané jablko, mrkev a sušené ovoce povaříme v mléce (popř. vodě, kterou necháme vypařit a pak přidáme jogurt, aby vznikla krémová konzistence)

Nakonec prokládáme lívance náplní a vše posypeme kokosem a slunečnicovými semínky (drcenými lískovými ořechy) opraženými na suché pánvi. Na závěr (pokud jste mlsní) si lívance můžete polít sirupem. -Exploze chuťových buněk zaručena! (ale pozor, jsou hodně syté :DD)

Может когда-то я начну выставлять свои фото чаще, чем фото вкусняшек, но я же вижу что вы их любите больше чем меня🤣 поэтому все оттягиваю фотосессию и не напрягаю мужа 😜

И н г р е д и е н т ы:
делала на глаз, так что сори, примерно вот так:
4 ст л кокосовой муки
8 ст л с горкой овсяной муки
2 ст л безглютеновой пшеничной муки
1/2 чайной л соды погасить уксусом
1 ст л смолотого белого льна залить 3 ст л воды
1 ст л растопленного кокос.масла или любого другого растительного
2 ст л кокос.сахара или другого подсластителя
1 банан в пюре залить кокос.молоком 2/3 стакана
Воды 1/2 стакана и водой доводите до нужной консистенции как на любые другие панкейки (густая сметана)

Г о т о в и м:
Все смешать, готовить на сухой сковороде на небольшом огне под крышкой примерно по 1 минуте с обеих сторон. Они готовятся дольше, чем обычные из-за кокосовой муки. Но вкус просто восхитительный!😍
Я полила ещё сверху сливочной помадкой: кокосовые сливки взбила с пудрой тростникового сахара и соком лимона. И украсила кокосовыми чипсами.

Dziś wkoncu zrobiłam naleśniki nie na słodko, spróbujcie przepisu, super obiad, który wkoncu nie wiąże się z ryżem lub makaronem 😅 (z przepisu wyjdą 3-4 naleśniki)

NALEŚNIKI:
▪️Mąka ryżowa
▪️Mleko
▪️1 jajko
👉Szczerze wszystko robiłam na oko więc musicie skorzystać albo z poprzednich przepisów, ale na oko.

ŚRODEK:
▪️Mielone mięso z kurczaka 200g
▪️5 pieczarek
▪️Pół cebuli
▪️Sól, pieprz, czosnek, papryka słodka

Curry oat cakes with peas and carrots. This was a collaboration between my sister and I over the weekend. She had made a delicious whole 30 chicken curry (not spicy) the night before and we mixed the sauce with oat flour (so I don’t do this but my sister every week makes a container of oat flour by just blending up raw oats and uses it in all her pancakes) then added peas and carrots, add an egg. Cook like pancakes in a skillet with ghee. So her kid loved it mine was eh on it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I hate peas so maybe I passed that down to her) #pancakeinfluencer

Put on your blender : - 1/2 cup of oats
- 2 eggs
- splash of your favorite milk
- half banana
- 1 tbs of apple vinegar
- 1 tsp of baking powder - pinch of salt

Tortita salada.

Ingredientes:
- 1 huevo
- 2 cucharadas de coliflor triturada
- 2 cucharadas de harina de lenteja
- sal
- pimienta negra

Preparación:
Muchas veces con las preparaciones semanales, tengo un tupper preparado con coliflor triturada tipo cous cous. Esto hace que sea mucho más rápido hacer este tipo de elaboraciones y aguanta varios días en la nevera.
En un bowl he puesto el huevo, la harina y la coliflor. Mezclamos e integramos todo muy bien, salpimentamos y a la sartén antiadherente.
Doramos por ambas caras y cubrimos con los ingredientes que más nos gusten. En este caso, medio aguacate con unas gotas de limón, un poco de tomate y jamón serrano.
No me digáis que así uno se va a trabajar, estudiar o realizar sus tareas diarias con mucho mejor ánimo!

🌸PANCAKES VEGAN FOURRES PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLAT 🌸

Bonjour à tous, ❗️Attention dinguerie en vue ❗️ Ce matin j’ai mangé les meilleurs pancakes de ma vie !! Oui oui  rien que ça 😅

J’ai utilisé la recette de pancakes vegan de @france_tronel sur son blog comment j’ai changé de vie.
Si vous ne connaissez pas ce site je vous invite très fortement à aller jeter un coup d’œil, je n’ai jamais été déçue par ses recettes!

Pour la recette exacte je vous renvoie sur son blog.

Les pancakes sont à base de banane, de graine de chia, de flocons d’avoine et de lait végétal, le tout mixé puis on laisse reposer une dizaine de minutes.

La recette initiale est pour 6 petits pancakes mais moi j’ai préféré en faire 2 très gros et de les fourrer. ➡️Dans une poêle chaude légèrement huilée à l’huile de coco verser de la pâte à pancakes. Couvrir et laisser cuire quelques instants.
➡️Rajouter une cac de beurre de cacahuète et un carré de chocolat noir 85%
➡️Recouvrir de pâte et laisser cuire en couvrant.
➡️Retourner le pancakes et laisser cuire de nouveau toujours couvert.
➡️Déguster encore chaud avec le chocolat bien fondant 🤩

Les pancakes sont ultra moelleux, avec un bon petit goût de banane ! Bref ils sont parfait ! Je place cette recette dans mon top 3 des petits dej!!! Belle journée 💫

✅1 szklanka mąki( owsiana, orkiszowa, pszenna, lub mix bezglutenowych)
✅1 szklanka jogurtu naturalnego
✅2 jajka
✅1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
✅0,5 łyżeczki sody
✅2 łyżki ksylitolu lub inne słodzidło
👉🏻 w osobnych misjach wymieszać składniki mokre i suche, dodać jedne do drugich i krótko wymieszać tylko do połączenia, gdyby ciasto było bardzo gęste (chociaż ono i tak jest gęste) dodać trochę mleka. Smażyć z obu stron na rozgrzanej i delikatnie naoliwionej patelni 👌🏼

Ayer me preguntabais como hago la salsa de cacao, os dejo la receta por aquí:
- 2 cucharaditas de cacao
- 1 cucharadita de proteina (opcional)
- bebida de almendras o la leche que toméis
- sirope o el endulzante que uséis
- una cucharadita de crema de algún fruto seco (opcional)

Añadimos el líquido poco a poco, moviendo continuamente para que no se formen grumos y listo! Una salsita deliciosa para añadir a tortitas, yogurts, helados...etc jj

Buongiorno #fitfam, ieri ho preparato un altro #cicciopancake.
Ho montato gli albumi a neve, ho aggiunto la #farinadiriso, e pochissima farina di farro, stevia, latte di avena q.b. Come agente lievitante bic +succo di limone. Ho versato l'impasto nello stampo, ho aggiunto le fragole sulla superficie. In forno preriscaldato a 180° per 30 min. 
Per il ripieno ho schiacciato una banana e mescolato con il cacao (troppo buona)
E poi non poteva mancare il #peanutbutter di @prozis :

Ingredients
For the Blueberry Compote:
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T water
- 1 T maple syrup, divided
For the Bliss Bars:
- ½ cup soaked cashews, drained
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T water
- ¼ cups melted coconut oil
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ t almond extract
- 2 T maple syrup
- 4 T pumpkin seeds, divided
- 4 T blanched almonds, divided
- ¼ cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
1. Line a 6x8” baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
2. To Make the Blueberry Compote: In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, water, and maple syrup over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir often and smash the berries with a wooden spoon until slightly thickened. Set aside to cool.
3. To Make the Bliss Bars: In a food processor, purée the drained cashews. Add the lemon juice with the water and continue pulsing until well combined.
4. Transfer the cashew mixture to a large mixing bowl and add in the melted coconut oil, shredded coconut, almond extract, maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, and 2 tablespoons of almonds. Stir until incorporated.
5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread into a single layer.
6. Pour the blueberry compote evenly over the top and swirl with a butter knife.
7. Sprinkle the remaining pumpkin seeds and almonds over the compote, then press the strawberries on top.
8. Transfer the mixture to a freezer and let it set for at least 6 hours, then slice into 8 bars.
9. Serve and enjoy immediately!

LOS REALES PANQUEQUES 🥞 SALUDABLES!! Ayer me fui a dormir pensando en los panqueques que iba a desayunar hoy 😅. Esta es la misma receta que puse en uno de mis primeros posts. Y para simplificarles la vida, se los volveré a compartir por aquí 😬:

LO QUE NECESITAS:
- 2 huevos enteros
- 1/2 plátano (de preferencia maduro)
- 1/2 taza de avena cruda (puede ser instantánea o la normal). Que sea una taza tamaño regular, no un tazón. Aprox son unos 30-40 gramos.
- Un poco de canela (opcional)
- 2 sobrecitos de stevia o el endulzante que tengan
- Mantequilla de maní (opcional). Yo usé la de @santamania_natural
- Toppings: fruta. Yo le puse 10 arándanos y 3 fresas. Me encanta como queda con todo!! Hay que cuidar las porciones, incluso con la fruta!

PREPARACIÓN:
Colocas todo en la licuadora (menos los toppings) y luego a la sartén! Asegúrense de que su sartén tenga teflón. Cuando echen el aceite, les recomiendo que lo esparzan con un papel toalla para que esté en toooda la sartén y no tengan un charco concentrado en una parte. Así también absorben el exceso de aceite. Lo demás, es como hacer panqueques normales. Una vez que la sartén ya esté caliente y coloquen la mezcla, tiene que estar a fuego lento 🔥 Una vez que ya estén los panqueques, los sacas de la sartén y los decoras con los toppings y la mante de maní (si es que tienen)! Y listo! Queda DELICIOSO 🤤🤤

The perfect stack ❤️ Honestly these super simple protein pancakes couldn’t have turned out better!

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 scoop vanilla protein @nuzest
1/4-1/3 cup oats
1 banana
Splash of milk of choice
Sprinkle of cinnamon 
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Panfry on one side until bubbles form,  and flip over and cook for another minute.

Top with desired toppings and enjoy✨✨

MENTALITY AND PERSPECTIVE IS KEY to results 
Whether you are indeed in a diet or not, your mentality should ALWAYS be a priority. The words you use with yourself do have a major impact in how you feel and consequently act. How many times you promised yourself “not to have sugar for 30 days” “not to eat carbs for x days” “not to have chocolate..” etc.. every time you forbid yourself something, your mind plays you tricks so that the desire for it increases - this in psychology is called “Reactant” and yields the “ Forbidden fruit effect”. Try to change the words you use with yourself and recognize that it is about A CHOICE and NOT A DEMAND. “I choose to eat a nutrient dense meal because I know it will keep me satiated for longer” and not “I cannot have a pizza because it will make me gain weight”. Whenever you choose: I HAVE TO do X, I CANNOT do Y, you are tiring your willpower - which will one day burst. 
This is the power of the mind when it comes to anything - the more you do things for OTHERS, the more you feel that you are being obliged, the less willing you will be to make changes. Do not expect to change a habit you built over a long period of time in 1 day, 1 week or 1 month. Commit to something you truly want as if you had a LIFETIME commitment - Persist, insist but never surrender. Being successful in life is often not being perfect, is about being consistent. It’s about CHOICES NOT obligations .

Some personal trainers remind me a lot of the teachers I had at school.
😳They would give me (what seemed like) a mountain of homework that allowed for no time for any of my other subjects.
🙈And God forbid I didn’t do my maths homework because I was too busy completing my English essay.
🤯How dare I have other things to focus on apart from maths? #FuckMaths

🍭A few times that I have turned to personal trainers for help with my eating and exercise, I have often been met with the approach of following a horribly restrictive and squeaky clean meal plan, with allowance for ONE cheat meal per week.
🍔So naturally, my free time would be spent fantasizing about that one meal.

😐I have then been pinched with fat calculating tools, and trained to the point of throwing up.
All in one day.
.
🙊This is then expected to be maintained.

🙃🙃🙃.

🙏🏼Let me be clear, I am in no way bashing all personal trainers.
I think it’s a wonderful career to be able to motivate and inspire others to live a fitter and more active lifestyle.

🙄However, I have had a couple who have expected me to change my entire way of eating and training overnight. As well as been told that I am carrying far too much water in my legs (because she had this fabulous gift of being able to see my body composition with the naked eye).

🌻Advice to anyone looking for advice from a coach.
If you leave your sessions constantly feeling useless, unworthy and like a baked potato, then it’s not worth your money and time.

💙You are meant to leave feeling inspired, motivated and proud of any and every progress that you’re making.
(But it’s still hard work).

Moja stworzyła taki oto przepis: • Jajko • 50 g wody
• 50 g mleka
• 125 g mąki jaglanej • łyżeczka oliwy z oliwek • szczypta soli • 250 g twarogu
• 50 g skyra
• Opakowanie cukru wanilinowego (16 g)
• 15 g ksylitolu 👉 z jajka, wody, mleka, oliwy i mąki przygotować ciasto i smażyć naleśniki 👉 w międzyczasie przygotować nadzienie; twaróg zblendować ze skyrem, cukrem i ksylitolem na gładką masę *można dodać cynamon 
Naleśniki przekładać masą twarogową i udekorować ulubionymi dodatkami 👉 u mnie masło orzechowe 🥜 sos czekoladowy 🍫 płatki kokosowe, orzeszki ziemne i borówki amerykańskie 😊
