Turmeric Tahini Frosting 🦋
1/4 cup raw tahini, unsalted
3 tablespoons coconut nectar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon turmeric paste (recipe below)
1 tablespoon coconut butter
🦋Blend all in a high speed blender such as the Vitamix. Top on each muffin or cupcake! Frosting should be thick and easy to slather on top. Recipe is for tahini lovers!!
Turmeric Paste (use this as a base for golden mylks)
1 cup water
1/2 cup turmeric
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger spice
🦋Heat water with turmeric in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Whisk and simmer into a paste, add coconut and ginger and whisk. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several months.
