АЛКОГОЛЬ И ЕДА!!!

Поделюсь 🥗рецептом своего ужина 🍤морепродуктов с 🥂винишком:
⠀
✔️ Лук и чеснок поджариваем на сковороде
✔️Добавляем 100-150мл белого сухого вина (в моем случае Prosecco). Минут 15 тушим на среднем огне
✔️Добавляем мидии, на глаз грамм 600-700
✔️Сливки, специи
⠀
‼️ Сливки обычные, животного происхождения. Не стоит бояться жиров, бойтесь лучше простых углеводов‼️
⠀
Один из жирных ➕ термообработки алкоголя, что по итогу испарения спирта в блюде остаться 25%. Да и самого блюда сделаем малую долю от целого.

Можно сказать, что и не пили винишко😉👌, но при этом
добавили глубину вкуса, привкус алкоголя способен превознести блюдо из банального в особенное.

Также есть жирный ➖ употребления "спиртов" с пищей!
⠀
Алкоголь влияет на способность организма усваивать белок и препятствует синтезу белка. Синтез белка — это процесс, в ходе которого аминокислоты соединяются друг с другом и образуют протеины.

Поэтому все что было съедено "белковое" с алкоголем никакой ценности для организма не несёт, увы.... Отвели душу и хватит баловать репку!!!

Иногда полезно уйти в "отрыв"💃👯🥂. Для того правила и есть, чтобы их нарушать, в данном случае говорю о ПП!!! Во всем должна быть мера и ясные мысли!!!

Fruit is just an amazing food and perfect as a snack 💗 On this pic you can see 5 small bananas, 100g berries, 1 Tablespoon flax seeds and some water 🍌🍓💦 On the left side there is whole fruit, on the right side the food has been „processed“ into a smoothie. Both are fine, because the water and the fiber of the fruit is still in it😋 However, the #smoothie can be gone in two minutes, because you don’t have to chew carefully; so this option is ideal for people who are struggling to consume enough calories (Please note that I‘m not saying that smoothies cause weight gain, it’s just easier to consume more calories this way; if you drink a smoothie instead of a meal, or can promote weight loss, too). Whereas eating the whole fruit is the ideal choice for people who want to lose weight 👙💕 But as always: balance is key.

Chia seeds are a great source of fibre which keeps you fuller for longer, as well as being rich in omega-3 fat which have anti-inflammatory properties. We add chia seeds to our diet by sprinkling them on top of our porridge.

Over the last few years bread has been portrayed as bad for us, a cause of disease and weight gain. This misinformation has been mainly spouted by unqualified social media celebrities. Bread has been a staple food in our diets for decades. In its simplest form is produced from wheat flour and water, which is fermented with yeast, hardly a processed food. The problem comes about with some companies adding lots of additives and preservatives which can make some breads a less healthy option.  Couple this with a generation that has come to portray anything with carbohydrates as the devils food, and you can understand why everyone is turning their backs on bread. Yes bread is a carbohydrate, but this doesn’t mean it’s automatically going to make us fat. As humans we need carbohydrates to function and perform intense exercise. The problem arises when people eat a lot of carbohydrates and live sedentary lifestyles. Traditionally made bread with minimal additives and preservatives can be part of a healthy balanced diet. However there is a small population (around 1% of the UK population) who suffer from coeliac disease, which means they are intolerant to gluten which can be found in bread

Fruits, nuts, dates all sprinkled with flax seeds and chia seeds. Add a bit of raw wild flower organic honey or some chaat masala depending  on how you like your fruits, but remember to take two servings daily. 
We are changing the way we eat at home. P is diagnosed with full blown diabetes and while I know it’s a condition that can be controlled and regulated, I can’t help but feel that twinge of sorrow that my “ ant man” can’t have his desserts anymore. 
Forget the sugar. Seriously forget it. India is also the Diabetes capital and I think a big part of that is due to the sugar rich food we consume. It’s about time we eschew sugar and opt for naturally sweet food like fruits. While not all fruits are allowed to a diabetic, there are still many fruits one can enjoy. Honey isn’t allowed either nor is too much jaggery. Don’t forget that. 
As for us, i am not the kind to give up and we are gonna do our best to kick diabetes’s ass soon! Wish us luck! 
Eat sensibly. Eat healthy. Eat Local and seasonal!
