That’s exactly how I was feeling. I haven’t maxed too much lately but I woke today and was instantly ready to push my body to new limits. Even after slacking off for who knows how long, I can still get a gnarly pump 💪🏼 I’m going to put together a side by side photo of me now and me last year. I know there’s going to be a huge change, a long with frustration, embarrassment and being vulnerable AF 😖 I’m not one to admit that I’ve failed- or at least feel like I’m failing. 
I’ve also noticed that when I set a goal for myself, I’m a lot more likely to stick it to when I speak about it out loud and more often. I’ve set a new goal to go to the gym 4 times a week 🏋🏽‍♀️ Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday. I know I can do this! I was doing it last year and I can do it now 💪🏼

Weekends are a time to unwind, but you don't want to go overboard and forget about your usual habits. 👍

It's easy to struggle with how to fit healthy eating into busy days or how to work out between brunch plans and parties. But to have a healthy weekend, you don't want to restrict yourself too much. However, you also dont want to do the opposite and throw all caution to the wind. These tips can help you create a balance that allows you to enjoy a healthy weekend without giving up your fun. 
1. Make healthy swaps, rather than cutting out food altogether. Rather than depriving yourself of a tasty meal or skipping out on socializing, make a few swaps. This can help make your choices a little healthier. Drink vodka with club soda during a night out, rather than a sugary cocktail. Or if you are craving chocolate, perhaps opt for 100 percent cacao instead.

4. Stick with one type of drink. We all know that drinking too much can quickly ruin a weekend. To avoid this, stick to one type of alcohol. If you're drinking vodka soda, stick with vodka soda.
