Here’s another version of noodle soup, this time with salmon 🐟🐟 I also added some roasted broccolini, shiitake mushrooms, baked sweet potatoes, 🍠 and some gluten free noodles.

I’ve been experimenting with different kinds of noodles, these are called Better Than Pasta spaghetti and are made from Konnyaku flour. Final verdict: they’re easy and quick to make and absorb the flavor of whatever you put them in, but I personally liked the kelp noodles better. Probably won’t get these again but they tasted normal and the texture was good too. 🍜

I used @kettleandfire bone broth, added coconut aminos, monk fruit for sweetener, and a splash of toasted sesame oil. Spices included oregano, ginger, salt, and pepper. And then, like always, topped it all with sesame seeds and scallions. 🤤

Noodle soups are so simple, especially if you have pre-made broth and some leftover veggies and/or protein. I love the comforting feeling of sipping on broth and twirling noodles tangled in veggies. 🤩

Single use disposable (plastic) 90D and goniscopy lens. My review: 90D optics are okay but adequate for an accurate posterior exam. Gonio views are GREAT! Comparable to your standard glass gonio lens. They are inexpensive, lightweight and comes in large quantities and potentially may be useful for volunteer or mission trips if a portable slit lamp is available. In our practice, these lenses are primarily used in the operating room after surgery as they come individually packaged, thus they are more hygienic. However, we also have these laying around the clinic and are used from time to time.

I love this video. The Disney characters expressed their love to the child using a language he could understand. The kid response was awesome. 😍
The same way we need to understand the love language of the person we love. Understanding and decoding the other person love language will help us to create a more powerful bond. For some women gifts are important, (if that’s the case buy her flowers sometimes). For others, remembering special occasions such birthdays, anniversary, etc. If that’s the case make an effort to remember those days. For other women words of affirmation, if that’s the case compliment her very often. Love by itself is NOT enough, you need to put the effort to get out your comfort zone and get to deeply know the other person to build a healthy relationship. 🤗💖 #love #wisdom

• You feel moody or tired⠀
• You’re traveling, especially air travel⠀

Charcoal dosage: Take 1,000 mg when consuming food of unknown quality or when drinking alcohol. Everyone responds differently to different doses, so always consult a doctor before using any supplement or binding agent like charcoal.⠀

Looking for a creative way to bring milk thistle into you life without taking yet another supplement? I'll admit, it's tricky; but we have the perfect solution for you! Our very own milk thistle bread! All of these ingredients are easily found at any health food store! ⠀

•  ¼ cup milk thistle seeds [ground] ⠀
•  ½ cup dandelion root OR burdock root [ground] ⠀
•  ½ cup flax seeds [ground] ⠀
•  ¼ cup arrowroot powder ⠀
•  2 Tbsp coconut flour ⠀
•  1½ tsp baking soda ⠀
•  ½ tsp sea salt ⠀
•  8 egg whites [whipped until peaks form] ⠀
•  ½ cup apple sauce [unsweetened and organic] ⠀
• 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar⠀
⠀
Grind dried herbs and flax seed into a soft flour in a coffee grinder or dry blade blender. Whisk together all dry ingredients. Add the egg whites and applesauce and combine  well- no lumps! Whisk in the apple cider vinegar and let the batter sit for 5 minutes. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes.
