For many months I have been dealing with total body pain (you wouldn’t know it unless I told you). I had massive amounts of inflammation, muscle pain, fatigue, low energy and GI issues. Being in the yoga + fitness industry, it’s required of you to show up for your students, put on your best face, and teach your best class…. There’s no room for pain or bad moods… So I created a way to mask it…tuck it down for as long as I needed to to do my work.
I’ve always been optimistic about healing myself from the inside out rather than turning to pharmaceuticals. Constantly seeking a natural solution to find relief. I mean, I’ve healed my hip and shoulder, so I knew I could heal my other stuff. It’s really hard for me to share this, but I hope by doing so, it inspires others going through a similar experience.
