[WEEK.126] Today is day 1 of my bulk after a 9-month cut that included eating 60% protein and only 1,800 calories. It started with reading The Leangains Method. I've learned a lot about my body at 77kg, but now I'm headed to 95kg.
It's interesting to note that my major lifts did not decrease in amount of weight.
If you've never measured your calories, it's amazing what your body tells you even after just one meal of calorie restriction.
