Upper Body Day Finishers - the last exercises I do to finish off that muscles group.
For back we got an alternative to a lat pull down, pulls in your rear delt & teres major nicely.
For chest we got a pre exhaustion exercise to kill off the chest.
For shoulders we've got a full ROM movement with a press at the end to work your entire shoulder.
