How to build lean muscle effectively and correctly💪
1️⃣ Having a structured program is important so that you’ll be able to reach your goal, you can buy one from an accredited trainer online, use a personal trainer, or if your educated enough on programming, you can make one yourself👍
2️⃣ Having an end goal is simple, where do you want to be in a year, and what do you want to have then that you don’t have now?
3️⃣ Compound lifts use many muscles at once and use are natural movements (pulling, pushing, squatting, etc.) so you won’t only get stronger, you’ll get functionally better at everyday life!
4️⃣ Getting a pump with the isolation lifts is also important. For me, I never saw the growth I wanted from only compound lifts until I started doing high rep isolation lifts like curls and tricep pushdowns. And like Arnold said, the pump is the best feeling in the gym😎
5️⃣ Protein is VITAL, because without it, the tissue you tore in the gym won’t be able to heal and grow properly🍗🥦🍳
6️⃣ 8 hours of sleep is also vital, and I get the with our schedules, 8 hours almost seems impossible to get. But if we aim for it and fall short to 6 or 7 hours only sometimes, then we’ll still be on track🙌
7️⃣ This is by far the most important point, because no matter what you do, if you’re not consistent with it, progress will not be made. Don’t start a 6 day program if you know you’re gonna miss the workouts. Start with a 4 day, then work your way up💪

Kiedy pytam moje klientki, czy kiedykolwiek ćwiczyły plecy, zazwyczaj słyszę odp: „Nigdy nie trenowałam pleców”. Nie sądzę, żeby było mi to potrzebne.

Fakt jest taki, że twoje mięśnie są połączone, jak i cialo tworzy jedną strukturę, co oznacza, że ​​twoje mięśnie (pleców, nóg, klatki, ramion) powinny być trenowane jednakowo i nigdy nie powinny być lekceważone.

Kiedy ćwiczę z Paniami plecy, dość szybko zauważają pocencjał tych mięśni.

Iza - pracuję dużo za biurkiem, około 10 h dziennie. Moje plecy ciągle mnie bolały. Codziennie bardzo bolał mnie kark i lędźwie. Dziś ból zniknął. A moje plecy są naprawdę silne 🏋️‍♀️ Angelika - przykro to mówić, ale tłuszcz mi się wylewał z pod tylnej części stanika, i nie tylko tu... Moja samoocena runęła w dół. "Dzwonnik z Notre Dame". Wszystko przez pracę biurową. Dziś moja sylwetka jest już prosta. A wszystko dzięki ćwiczeniom siłowym. Zrozumiałam, że trening i fajnie wyglądające ciało to nie tylko odstające pośladki i szczupła talia, chociaż to też jest ważne 👯‍♀️ 👉

Wspaniałe Panie. Wątpliwości i przekonania dotyczące "szerokich i umięśnionych" pleców sugeruję odłożyć na BOK.

Ładna talia, szczupłe ramiona, jędrny biust, smukłe nogi, mięsiste pośladki, to da się zrobić przy pomocy, ketli, sztangi, drążka. Nie ma co się bać. A jeśli macie jakieś wątpliwości, to chętnie o tym podyskutuję.

Ps. aaa... I jeszcze jedno. Brak Ci motywacji...

What’s the meaning of being fit?
Do not expect to do the muscle up in cross-fit if all your muscle chains are not strong enough and connected.
Do not expect to do the muscle up if you don’t have a super strong core, and the knowledge to understand what core means .
Do not expect to do a muscle up if your main training involves only superficial muscles with heavy weights and skip any stretching or spine flexibility .
Do not expect to do a muscle up if your joints and ligaments are still weak to handle your body weight in the air with swings and dynamic moves.
There are a lot of complex and fancy moves that all of sudden become trendy and rock the gyms , the reality is that to perform those exercises correctly athletes spend half of life training and getting attached to progressions that developed further since very young age.
Of course nothing is impossible but we need to take in consideration so many factors before to even try things that our body is not ready for yet. Be patient, fix the goals according to your current level, follow the advises of professionals, be constant , and don’t be in a rush.
