happy Monday y’all today I got back to the gym after dancing all weekend! Hanging out and having fun with new friends was refreshing. But now back to business 🏼 Today’s workout consisted of running and walking a little over 2 miles. I was proud bc I ran most of the 2 miles this time. And then I hit some ab machines. And then hit the bike for my last 10 minutes doing 20 second intervals. Which means that for the ten minutes I did 20 seconds going my hardest and then 20 seconds going a normal speed and you repeat the process until the time you want to stop.
