There are many reasons why I love Global Medical Brigades. This being my second brigade continues to impact my life in many ways and is why I have such a passion to keep going back and continue studying my career in the health field. Last year Nicaragua 🇳🇮 , ️this year Panama. 🇵🇦 I can talk about the clinics we set up for the community, hospitals we shadowed, families we impacted, friendships and laughters We all shared. Panama trip is one that thought me to be grateful for what I have, to look at the bright side when things get hard.
Lastly GMB created lifelong friendships and connections with people I would never thought I’d connect with; sharing a room with 20+ girls and having no WiFi was a impactful experience that doesn’t happen often; we all grew together over a common passion and drive for what we love to do. Helping to make an impact in the world one community at a time.
I’m blessed to have shared this experience with Carroll University GMB along with CSU east bay and Columbia college. ️ I met some great people with who I shared fun memories, laughters, music, inside jokes, chismes, and stories.
Panama has definitely kept part of my heart! ️ Hasta pronto Panama 🇵🇦 🏽 #myGBstory #GMB - 2 hours ago
