I put the squad through 1.5 hours of torture. We actually started with the last video which was loaded front squats, (D doesn’t front squat), weighted bench step ups and heavy dumbbell wide stance pulse squats. (But you guys have seen me do all of that already so I put it last)

Friday Thighday is BACK friends! Clam shells are great for strengthening the glutes and outter thighs. I added a resistance loop here for extra work, but if you’re new to glute exercises you can start without any added resistance.

hiiiiii, here’s a sweaty little stair master workout I finished with - 10 min @ 8 speed - 5 min at the beginning of each minutes hop off and do jump squats for 20 secs. Rotate between those and jumping lunges - 2 minute kick backs each side

I’ll be starting a diet plan in two weeks. If you’d like to join me, dm me, would be fun to have a little group to do it with. Every year I fast, it’s for about 30 days, it’s religious and builds character actually. I feel it teaches discipline, builds strength and is more then just a food deprivation. It’s mental! If you can build discipline with your food it also builds discipline in other facets of life. When you set your own limits, it’s better then the world setting limits for you. I actually enjoy and look forward to this every year. It feels good to set a goal for myself and then to crush that goal!

The lateral lunge

-It is a great exercise because it works the sides of the glutes (the gluteus medius), which are important stabilizer muscles for the hip joint.

-The side lunge is an effective lower body exercise that strengthens your quads, glutes and hamstrings while also targeting both the inner and outer thighs.

Good morning! Let’s celebrate #easter with some #gluteworkout 😁🐰
I had too much food yesterday so I can’t wait to sweat it all out! 💪🏼😅
I never over eat, I hate #cheatmeals I’m really not good at it! 
When I decided to take a little piece of a cake my brain says “It’s okay! It’s good for you not to be that strict, beside, just take a little piece.. no harm!”💁🏼‍♀️
After that piece, my brain says “YUM!!! Okay! Fuck it!!! Bring it on! MORE!!! FUCK vegetableseeeee!!!” 🖕🏼👹🖕🏼
This is why I never do it 😁☝️
Fine if you’re cool enough to just have that piece but I am just not that cool 🙄 so yesterday was a mistake and that’s fine it happens sometimes... the only thing you can do is learn and get back on track ASAP! 
You don’t gain on weight for one cheat meal, most of it is water... 🤷🏼‍♀️ so move on and #workout

“TOP QUADS ACCESSORIES EXERCISES”

Well, all fitness freaks including me of course, know how much it matters making those baby quads bigger, sexier and toned.

The perfect way would be hitting them 2-3x a week starting with big lifts eg. High bar squats, Leg press... and adding some accessories exercises.
In this post, i will show you 4 of my favorite acc moves that 🔥 the hell out of my legs.

1🔥 DB Step Up:
This would be my no 1 😍
You’ll need a set of DB or BB and a bench (or any high object) making your knee flexion at 90 degrees to target your quads instead of your butt. 
Step up using your legs, knee unlocked, chest up, tight core and don’t pause.
4x10-12 with 60s rest between sets.

2🔥 Drop Lunges:
Forward lunges same leg, and small steps (always same posture: back, chest, core)
4x12 each leg with 60s rest

3🔥 Jumping Lunges: (same posture)
Here we are looking for lactic acid🔥🍗
4x30 as total per set (you can do 3 sets but I like 4)

4🔥 Jumping Squats: (same posture)
Shoulder width stance, knees out, go deep while keeping your back straight, and jump up as much as you can.
4x15-20 with 45s rest (may go for 3 sets)

A perfect legs session starts with 1-2 big moves and add 2-3 of those clips, or you can simply do this full workout.
You will be cooked anyway💀 i promise😂🍗🔥

I did 3 reps for the sake of demonstration but I will say I could only get through 5-6 reps OH PRESS 🤷🏼‍♀️ this workout can easily be done using dumb bells or kettle bells as well

Include this in your week! Bring it to a party, or invite a few of your favourite people over and celebrate LIFE🌻 >> makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken fillets, 5 oz each
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive 
8 cups mixed leaves
1 cup cooked fresh or frozen organic corn kernels
1.5 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped pecans
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 ripe avocado, diced

Sweet Onion Dressing:
2 fresh garlic cloves, pressed
1 small sweet onion, chopped
4 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil 
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 a fresh lemon, juiced
sea salt & pepper

Instructions:
Heat a grill pan on medium high heat. Rub chicken with salt, pepper and a bit of oil, then add it to grill. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Set aside on chopping board, cover and rest for a few minutes, then slice thin.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium high heat; Saute garlic & onions for 6 minutes, or until soft and golden brown. Place caramelised garlic & onions in a small blender with remaining olive oil, cider vinegar & lemon juice; puree until smooth. 
Season to your taste with salt & pepper, then refrigerate dressing until ready to serve.

In a large salad bowl, add lettuce, then cooked chicken, tomatoes, corn, eggs, pecans, and diced avocado as shown.

Once ready to serve drizzle the dressing on top, and gently toss to combine. Hope you Enjoy! ❤👩🏻‍🍳

Starting PT sessions this week. Im trying to build up my time under tension for faster results so hopefully having someone shouting down my ear will help overcome a mental block of 'i can't do it' state.
