️ Military Press 8reps: if you can’t get the bar up never fear it took me FOREVER! go get you a 20 or 30lb barbell and make it work!
️ Resistance Band Reverse Fly 15reps: this one takes a bit of tweaking to hit the rear delt, you should feel it at the backs of your shoulders so try your best to take your focus away from the middle of your back, it’s hard so don’t get discouraged just really focus on that mind muscle connection🏼♀️🏻 drop me comment or dm if you have any questions, let’s kill this week - 1 hour ago
