Yes you read it right . It’s a clean recipe with high protein,low carbs and minimal amount of fat .
Ingredients: 1 egg, 200g chicken, almond flour, cornflakes, peri peri powder.
1. Cut slices of chicken Breast
2. Take some almond flour (or you can also crush oats and make flour)
3. Crush the cornflakes, add it to the flour and also add peri peri powder for the spicy taste .
4. Take the egg and whisk it in a bowl.
5. Now, Dip the chicken slices in the egg batter and then dip it in the peri peri mixture .
